Arrowhead Remodeling & Design came highly recommended for a rebuild of our closet after significant water damage. Our HOA was hesitant to take on Arrowhead as their pricing was higher than another bid they received. It was worth every penny as the owner Eli went out of his way to make sure that our closet was drywall, drywall surface and flooring was as close to or better than the original. All of the workers that Arrowhead used were highly professional and respective of our space. My wife is adamant about not wearing shoes in our household. They went out of their way to cover the walkway and clean up after every visit. I cannot say the same about some of the vendors our HOA has used. Eli was with us every step of the way. He uses his expansive knowledge, attention to detail, and the hiring of craftsmen to deliver an exceptional product. The quality of the final work was outanding. Eli went out of his way to find a flooring that matched the original. Of all the work, this was probably the most daunting. After the completion of this project, we immediately hired Arrowhead for additional projects around our place. I highly recommend Arrowhead if you want attention to detail for a quality and lasting project that you can be proud of.

It all started with a major leak in a bathroom which made us realize it might be time to remodel. Finding the right contractor was a scary thought but Eli and his team at Arrowhead were the best. Eli uses very few subcontractors, most of his team are his own employees so we found that to be a huge plus. His prices were fair and he stands 100% behind his work. If there is a "bump in the road", Eli was quick to fix it and he always listened to our suggestions. One bathroom remodel lead to a full re-piping of the house which lead to a full master bathroom remodel. Why stop there! We also have a fantastic new kitchen, new windows throughout the house and new landscaping in our front yard. I would give Arrowhead, Eli and his team an A+ rating.

Arrowhead did a series of large remodels for me: Roof, exterior walls, doors, windows, painting etc. They are very responsive and do a really professional job. Eli really listens and is willing to make changes when asked. They got the job done. Designer has great eye for color. The county was difficult about some things. Eli helped me work through it all.

We engaged David and team at Arrowhead to remodel our master bathroom, paint entire interior and install new doors a year ago. Project ran longer than anticipated then, but a year later we notified David of an issue with our shower floor in our year old master bathroom. David was true to his word about taking pride in their work and ensuring it is of high quality. He sent his team to inspect and remediate the issue, which involves removing and redoing the shower floor, at no cost to us. He did not prolong the issue and took action immediately. It means a lot to us when owners of businesses stand behind the quality of their work and will do the right thing. We really appreciated that and rest assured of Arrowheads commitment to their customers.

Arrowhead is a great, reliable and trustworthy company to work with. They are brass tacks and no messing around. They also work with a good crew of trustworthy and very likeable people. We started with a bathroom remodel in May of 2018 and because we loved it so much we ended up using them again for a total house refurbishment, exterior and interior which started in October 2018 and officially ended this summer. David Mizrahi was our project manager who we could reach out to for any questions and guidance on our projects. He was always quick to respond and offered the best advice. I appreciated all his house visits during the work. He made sure progress was being made and keeping on schedule. As with any house project, there were a few bumps along the way, but all were handled and resolved quickly and fairly. Because of the relationship we have built up with David, I am now able to call him with something as minor as a stuck bedroom door to today, moving our washer and dryer outside to the garage. Arrowhead will now always be our first call with any future house projects.

Review of Arrowhead Remodeling of our two bathrooms in our west LA rental house. Excellent job of renovating two bathrooms by demolishing each bathroom to subfloor and then rebuilding to our specifications. Installed accessories and materials we purchased from suppliers (mainly Home Depot). Since we live in Northern CA and the rental house was in West LA, we ordered the accessories and materials either on line or in person during two trips to LA. And also since we do not live in LA, Arrowhead picked these items up from the suppliers and took them to the house for installation. This was especially important for large items such as sinks, toilets, and bathtub. This worked very well for us. Also, upon recommendation of Arrowhead, they renovated the electrical panel. The Arrowhead principals we worked with were David and Barak. They did an excellent job making sure the work was performed according to our requirements. They also handled any issues that came up and resolved them promptly while keeping us informed with texted photos and phone calls. The workers covered the paths they used in the house to protect the floors and the tenants furnishings. They were courteous towards the tenants and scheduled their work to minimize disturbing the tenants.

After interviewing seven different contractors for a master bathroom remodel, I chose Arrowhead. David and Barak came out for the initial bid and I felt comfortable right away, especially when David offered some suggestions that I hadn't thought about, based on my goals. I trusted them enough to continue giving them other projects. Arrowhead has handled everything I wanted to be done through the entire house- recessed lighting, new floors, remove popcorn ceiling and asbestos, two bathrooms, retiled a fireplace, removed wallpaper and wood paneling and repainted every room! We worked together to marry contemporary and traditional design. Their crew was trustworthy, thorough, cleaned up after themselves, did beautiful paint and tile work. Barak, the project manager, came by most days to check on progress and I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone in the house. I lived in the master bedroom during the whole job and Barak helped me with a crew to move all furniture and boxes into/out of a POD for storage during the work. He also sent a cleaning crew and handyman to fix anything I needed after the job was complete. I highly recommend Arrowhead! It’s a great family run business.

Shay and crew did a great job. Employees were friendly and on time. They renovated and designed our kitchen and living room.

I contacted Arrowhead Remodeling with regards the remodeling of my large house and small bath. They came up with a great layout that very much improved the flow and function of my house. They were also nice enough to give me tips on what to do with my large fireplace. I also got help with my bathroom design. The entire project was completed on time and everything turned out mind-bogglingly stunning. we began our bathroom project with arrowhead remodeling & design and it came out so beautifully we decided on taking them for renovation on the master bathroom. Eli the owner was very professional and had brilliant ideas for the bathroom. his team was also highly professional and very efficient when doing the job. by the time we finished both bathroom ,we felt as if he was family and he started on making my dream kitchen, the design was so detailed with white cabinets and grey counter tops. all the projects where finished with in the time frame promised and they used extremely high quality material. I hired Arrowhead for bathroom remodeling at my property and I am quite pleased with the service I received. With initial budget of approx. $15 000 I really wanted complete transformation of my bathroom. Thanks to Arrowhead the entire project was completed completely within my budget and now I have all the amenities I needed!. Eli is very helpful when it comes to consulting with his clients. My kitchen needed to be remodelled and I asked around to recommendation. Eli was the guy that most of my friends recommend. He is very attentive and enthusiastic about his work. We exchanged phone call on the weekend and he was able to drop by my place and gave me an estimate on the same day. His crew was very professional and got my kitchen done nicely within a timely manner for a very competitive price. What a difference! The team from Arrowhead Remodeling & Design, Inc. helped us with a covered patio. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and the end result is amazing. I never knew my house was missing this. It made our backyard functional, comfortable and it looks really impressive.

6 week project took 14 weeks. They did not follow the contract and ordered a substitute material (silicone caulking) instead of green glue, which added at least 8 days waiting for it to arrive, then running out and needing to order more. The first day of soundproofing word needed to be undone and redone. The recessed light boxes did not pass inspection and also needed to be redone. They did not pass city inspection for an electrical upgrade (verbally stated to us as 100 amps from 45; inspector reported no upgrade had occurred. City of Santa Monica inspector required an electrical load calculation for the condo complex. We asked about it daily only to learn that the electrician didn’t know how to do the task required and arrowhead had to find another, which added more days to the process. Arrowhead designer measured for the “custom” solid wood kitchen cabinets and they did not fit our dishes nor did they complement the dimensions of our new microwave. We were told the 12 in. depth was “standard” when we had expected a custom fit. We expected solid wood and learned that the case for the refrigerator was MDF. Cabinet maker re-did the cabinets and this also added 5 days to the project. Model numbers/specifications for the slide-in range, microwave hood and refrigerator were given to the GC at least 3 times. Although the wall where the gas connection for the range was open for several weeks, when the electrical wiring was completed and the wall closed, the gas connection was not moved into the proper area to fit the new range, which delayed the project from being finalized for another 2 weeks. Then when we were ready to have appliances installed by a separate company because we wanted to be sure the work was done properly, our 2 year old Bosch dishwasher was discovered to be damaged from having a heavy object placed on it during the project demolition. This required buying a new dishwasher and waiting more weeks for delivery and installation. We did not end our relationship with Arrowhead because we had mistakenly (uninformed of the law) paid over half of our total costs before materials were delivered or work was completed. We hope this is helpful and protects other inexperienced, trusting customers from making the mistakes we did. Go the the CSLB before ever signing a contract.

Ive had the chance to work with Arrowhead together on a hardscape project. we were doing the design and execution for the backyard Flagstone design while arrowhead's crew were building the redwood fence with metal framing. I must say its a great enjoyment to work with another company who's crew are professional and well organized as them. 2 Thumbs up and 5 starts for Arrowhead.
