As a Realtor we are always needing good contractors for our clients. Once I found Chad, I knew without question that I had the very best in the business! I had used many different contractors over the years, but with Chad I never had to worry about his quality of work, the cost, or working with my clients. Who by the way, loved his work, his ideas, his solutions, the ease of working with him, that they have hired and rehired him many times. Many of my clients wanted work done and had a general idea of what they wanted, but had no idea how to go beyond the initial thought. Chad would meet with them and have, sometimes several solutions to their problems or ideas. He is very creative, extremely knowledgeable to the latest trends and if my clients were upgrading or remodeling to sell, he knew what the buyers were looking for and kept the budget within the range of reason in order for the buyer to reap the highest price when they sold their property. Every client I ever introduced Chad to, immediately felt comfortable with him and trusted his expertise. He is honest, trustworthy, hardworking and reliable.

I really can't say enough about the quality of the work Chad did for us. Our first project with him was to fix up an older home in Sahalee for sale, and although he ran into a difficult issue with the wiring at the last minute, he figured it out and finished the project on time and on budget. The second project was to do the finish work (painting, lighting, etc.) on a new high-rise condo in Bellevue. Again, Chad ran into several major problems with the quality of the prep work by the builder, but he worked late nights and weekends to finish up in time for our very tight move-in schedule, and on budget. The project date and cost below is for the last project he did. The third project was on our home in Trilogy, to do some painting, build out our MBR closet, and install new toilets, lighting, and exhaust fans. Once again, a quality job, on time, and on budget. Bottom line, Chad does amazing work, provided a detail estimate for the work to be done, is meticulous about the details, performs extremely well under pressure, and is always on time and on budget. The date, time, location, and cost is for the last project he did.

Chad and his team at Artifex were a real Godsend. After purchasing a home in West Seattle, I hired Chad to do a simple remodel of the kitchen and main bath. It wasn't long before Chad uncovered a serious dry rot issue in the bathroom. It was clear that the previous owners had covered it up making my simple update a complete gut job. Chad went the extra mile and wrote up a very detailed report which I was able to use to force the sellers to reimburse me for all the additional work. In the end, I hired Chad to completely remodel my kitchen, the bathroom and to finish my basement. Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were detail oriented, and were always happy to spend the effort to make sure everything was done right!
