ArtisTree landscaped our entire property several months ago. They did a excellent job, everything is thriving, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I especially want to acknowledge our designer, Clinton Lak. He is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional who made a wonderful landscaping plan. He has a calming and polite demeanor and actually seemed to care about making us happy, no matter how long it took. The project began almost two years ago and was delayed primarily due to Covid. Throughout all the unavoidable delays Clinton remained committed to the project with consistent communication and remarkable patience and kindness. He came to our home several times, tolerated revisions and indecision on our part, and had a solution to every problem. We were not easy customers and we couldn’t have asked for a better designer. ArtisTree completed our project in a very professional manner. The plants were obviously high quality and look beautiful. We had boulders included in the landscape plan. We didn’t like one after it was set. No problem. They dug it up, took it away and an hour later brought in another one. We had a large Ligustrum tree that was transplanted on our property and the move was flawless. The way they configured the irrigation and the drainage away from the house was top notch. No more messing with long downspouts. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the crew and managers. We got several estimates and ArtisTree was not the lowest but not the highest. ArtisTree is a full service landscape provider staffed with professionals. Their design team developed creative solutions for our property - taking into consideration color, texture and plant/tree sizing. They were respectful, responsive and patient throughout the process from design to install. The irrigation team also did a great job. If I could actually get them to do anything, my review may have been better. It has been over a month since I had someone out to give us an estimate. After many calls and promises that we would have our estimate within 24 hours with nothing to show for it, we are going with another company. They say they have a 24 hour call back rule, but even the supervisor has taken longer than that to call me back, even after knowing our issues getting an estimate. I find this company unprofessional and extremely unorganized. Their work may be great, but you should be ready to have the patience of ten saints if you are going to work with them.

Professional, fair, easy to work with and very responsive to my phone calls. I have never worked with a professional landscape designer before because I have always done the landscaping myself. I treated myself to a professional and am thrilled with the results. I loved the plans, the plant photos and the way the professionals had alternative plant photos readily available if I did not like the original plants suggested. If a plant did not like its new nvironment it was quickly switched out for another more suitable variety. I recommend Aristree without any reservations. SJL
