ASB Architecture

I've worked with ASB Architecture for two home renovations in New England. As a designer, Aimee offers a tireless commitment to her clients, despite the inevitable changes, modifications, etc. that often come up during a remodel. She was patient and knowledgeable on our first project, often catching little details that other members of our design team missed. Her "finds" were crucial and left us with a home that was both functional and beautiful. (For example, she noticed none of the closets were wired for lights and quickly brought it to the electrician's attn. before the walls were closed up.) As a project manager (her role for our 2nd home remodel), she kept impeccable records and was rapid and efficient with follow-up work. She stayed on top of the contractors to keep the project moving along in spite of numerous scheduling setbacks. Most importantly, she delivered great value relative to the cost of her services and we couldn't wait to work with her again the 2nd time around. You're in good hands with Aimee. We hired Aimee Bentley in 2009 to design our home in Topsfield, MA. Being landscape designers, we were very involved with the process and could not have been happier with how Aimee translated our thoughts and ideas into what is now our dream home. Our main objective was to build an extremely energy efficient home, incorporating on-site resources. Aimee successfully designed our house with a Tier 3 energy star rating, one of only a handful of houses in Massachusetts and New England. The house itself was perfectly designed to be efficient, inside and out. There is great flow between the spaces and has the most incredible natural light throughout. We are truly looking forward to phase 2 of the house, which includes a garage, breezeway, screened-in porch, and studio building that complete the master plan.
