Tim and his team built my dream home – probably the smallest house they'd ever built, but they treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I enjoyed interacting with the team, receiving timely updates, and being provided with meticulous records. HomeSource accommodated my design requests and my own sourcing of certain materials. Of course with any construction project there will be some inevitable delays or hiccups, but everything was handled well and with good cheer. The end result is I now own a home that is completely built to my liking. It is well constructed, comfortable, and approved by my precious dog, who enjoyed visiting HomeSource HQ as much as I did during the construction phase. I would not hesitate to recommend HomeSource to anyone seeking to build a custom home. I'm so grateful I found them in the first place.

HomeSource built our home in 2014. Not only is the quality of the work exceptional, but every step of the way was transparent. The follow up in the years after construction has also been exceptional. My greatest compliment would be to say that I would build another house with them on a handshake. They have gone far and above what should be expected. The price was excellent for that quality. We did not want to build a house on the cheap and then have problems later. We believe that such a decision would be much more costly in the long run. Plus, if a problem develops, having a well-established professional company is mandatory, in my opinion. If you are considering a builder for a new house or a re-model I could not offer a better recommendation for a company to do that work than HomeSource.

Don't be fooled by the Sales pitch; Our project experience with Home Source had many Quality problems, delayed Timing, and significant Cost overruns due to no changes in design. This is not a good choice for a general contractor or home builder.

We hired Home Source for a second project after they did a great job on a kitchen remodel for us a few years ago. This time we added a master bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Tim runs a top notch professional business. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Our project manager was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent communication. Tim Alexander and his team at Home Source were the most professional, efficient, and fastidious group of builders and subcontractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From Day 1 they were pleasant to deal with, helpful with ideas as I planned my kitchen remodel, gave me a schedule and timeline of the project, and stuck to it. I never had a complaint about the quality of the work or the abilities and professionalism of the team. From the electrical to floor repair and installation, plumbing re-routing and cabinet installation, I was assured that I had selected the right company for my project. I received return calls alerting me to when a delivery would be made, when there was a schedule change, or when I sent a text, email or phone call with a question. The project managers stopped by almost daily to make sure everything was going as planned and to make sure I was satisfied and kept in the loop. At the end of the day, I was delighted with the work and with my new kitchen. The live-edge walnut counter top and shelving were the icing on the cake! I have had so many people compliment me on the results of Home Source's work. I don't have one complaint. Thank you Home Source!

We have had Homesource for several projects. We wouldn’t Hire anyone else! Tim and his crew are respectful and communicate clearly and frequently about what to expect. We have never been surprised by unexpected costs.

HomeSource helped us every step of the way to renovate a master bathroom in our new condo. The experience was not without bumps in the road; but we've never had a renovation project (and we've done many) that didn't have some. Tim and his crew came through for us, making good on every aspect of the job. So we hired them again to do our kitchen and, again, the job was superb. Once you work with HomeSource, you are "family."

HomeSource recently completed a remodel for us which included, new windows, doors and new hardwood floors. The proposal process was efficient and professional. The proposal was detailed and well organized. The sub-contractors were top-notch. All were professional and friendly. The workmanship was high quality. The crews took great care with our home, especially during the demolition portion of the project. We found the HomeSource staff professional, friendly and an absolute joy to work and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Darryl Blevins was our project manager and was absolutely awesome. He juggled with ease the needs and concerns for us as well as the sub-contractors. Darryl kept the remodel progress moving along. He kept us informed every step of the way through our remodel. Over all our remodel was a great experience - not nearly as stressful as we feared because we stayed in our home throughout the remodel project. We greatly appreciate the respect we were shown, especially regarding our environmental concerns and requirement to make sure our parrot was not exposed to products detrimental to his health. Tim Alexander and his staff are trustworthy; hard working and exceptional people to work with. The sub-contractors were outstanding and provided high quality workmanship. HomeSource is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and they certainly succeeded. The documentation package provided at the completion of the project is comprehensive and a valuable tool to have on hand. We are extremely satisfied with our remodel.
