Nightmare experience working with John and Lisette. Had to get a lawyer to enforce our contracts so they actually completed the job. They tried to get money early, bullied us and tried to threaten us with a lien for a job they refused to finish! I have it all well documented in writing for anyone interested. Beware!

I just wanted to thank John and his working crew for a job well done! John made sure the job went seamlessly and without any interruptions in our daily activities. Very organized company. The owner came himself to measure and gave me an estimate. I gave him a budget and I got the exactly what I wanted for it. The installers are very professional. Cleaned up after they were done with the work. I would highly recommend this company. For little projects and big ones. I had a great experience.

Working with Sawgrass Floors was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had with a contractor. John was very helpful and knowledgeable with flooring and asked all the right questions to help us pick the correct product for our needs. The product was delivered to the house and within a day, the workers were here for the install of our wood laminate flooring. The workers were like busy bees, never stopping, very methodical, the cuts were precise, and such attention to detail. Within 3 days the job was complete, doing 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and flight of stairs. Some minor details had to be attended to, but that too was done in a timely manner. I hired Sawgrass floors in November 2012 to install laminate wood flooring in 3 bedrooms. John (owner) showed me many great flooring options and explaned the differences between the various flooring i was interested in (laminate; enginered wood; solid wood). John came to my home himself to provide a free written estimate. Once I hired Sawgrass Floors, John came back to my house again to drop of the flooring materials prior to installation. His installers were on time and very friendly. I had to have the job done in a quick amount of time, and they stayed pretty late into the night to make sure the deadline was met. The floors look great and there were no flaws with the installation. The crew did a great job cleaning up before leaving my house. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Sawgrass Floors for both quality of service and pricing!
