An absolute nightmare to work with, please do a little research before signing up for any work. Continually asking for more money and never meet any dates they commit to. Had to spend significant money to fix so many mistakes that they made.

We had a bad experience with Atreum. They are not licensed and did not perform our renovation up to code. We’re having to pay to have this corrected. Also, their finish work was very sloppy and looks worse than what it did beforehand. They painted directly onto drywall, got drywall mud and paint all over our light fixtures and curtain rods, and didn’t take responsibility for the mess they left when we confronted them. In addition, it took them forever to get the job completed. They repeatedly said they would come to do work and nobody would should up and they wouldn’t answer our phone calls. We had to constantly remind them to fix spots that they missed and we found it very frustrating. It seemed like they would “forget” and just leave the work half completed and leave. We would come home expecting a finished job and find that the work wasn’t finished. They had a lot of great reviews on Houzz and we were disappointed to have such a poor and unprofessional job done. The first picture is dry wall that they got all over our baseboards and painted over. When we addressed this issue they told us we could get it out ourselves with “elbow grease”. The next picture is our ceiling after they painted our ceiling on wet drywall. We had to pay to have this fixed ourselves after they told us we shouldn’t expect it to “look perfect”. I wouldn’t recommend this company in any capacity.

As a residential designer I have worked with Steve and Peter on dozens of projects. I can say, especially as a former custom home builder, they do a spectacular job for their clients. They seem to have a special ability to move smoothly from start to finish without delays and this makes the process more enjoyable for their clients.

Our project started two weeks ago and it will be finished by remote and by beginning of February. Steven and Christine worked quite diligent for the job preparation and would like to see how it will be moved forward. Very look forward to it.

Atreum redid our kitchen and master bathroom. We love how they both turned out. Atreum is easy to do busy with, very professional, and provides a high quality finished product. They work with you on design and provide excellent suggestions. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled with our master bath remodel. Steve, Poitr and the guys at Atreum were absolutely great to work with. Whenever we had a question or concern they addressed it with zero pushback. They accommodated our design requests with cabinets and walked us through the pros and cons of all decisions that would impact the overall cost of our project. When we bought our new home we had several projects we wanted to complete before we moved in: renovating a hall bath and powder room, interior painting and changing light fixtures throughout. Steve and his team were available to start during the busy summer months. Steve and Peter were flexible when we ran in to problems and had to add on projects like replacing our front and back door packages. They were timely in completing the project and there was good communication throughout the process. We would definitely use Atreum again and we highly recommend them.

Atreum did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They finished the project on time and within budget and communicated frequently. I appreciated Steve’s advice and guidance on our kitchen design. The price was also much better than some other quotes we got. I highly recommend Atreum.

I would definitely recommend Atreum Construction after my experience with using them to completely remodel my kitchen this year. I was very concerned about the dust being all over the house so they came in and first thing sealed off the kitchen and adjoining rooms. The sub contractors did a great job of keeping the house clean as well. I was home a lot so was pretty involved in whatever was going on. Bottom line is , Atreum did what they said they would do in a timely manor and my kitchen turned out gorgeous! I plan on using them again for other projects in the near future. I have recommended Steve Politis and Atrium to quite a few neighbors and even family members and they have been very satisfied as well. Referrals are the best advertising!

Our project was in the hands of Atreum! They listened to our needs, had valuable input on market trends and was able to help with design improvements that we otherwise wouldn’t have done had we not known! Steve is a pleasure to work with and was able to meet our needs. Not only does he employee a great talented crew, but he liaisons with other local talent for custom craftsmanship.
