We recently had a raccoon situation up in our attic. Steve from Attic Chief came out and evaluated the situation. He personally helped us reach out to the insurance company and work through a claim to assure we were taken care of as fast as possible. We had an approved insurance claim that was completely paid out with a check in Attic Chief and, along with a fully gutted & repaired attic from all the damage that the raccoon caused. We couldn't be more pleased! The team that came in were all extremely professional and very efficient. I was back sleeping in my bedroom worry free! Thanks.

This extremely hard working crew came in this morning, faced with the hardest task of cleaning out a beyond dusty old attic as well as repair damage done by my unwanted, no rent paying tenants - raccoons. We used Tip Top Insulation to remove old insulation, vacuum and install new insulation. This was quite an unpleasant job as there was 70 years worth of dust, vermin excrement and old fiberglass insulation in our attic. Since the job has been completed we have noticed a marked improvement the comfort level of our home. David and Mark offered competitive pricing and completed the job at a very high standard. We just moved into a house had an inspector from Attic Chief. They come to take a look at the insulation because it's an older house. Jacob told me that the insulation was very old and rugged. We would have to remove the insulation and install new insulation. He also mentioned that there might be rodents living in the blow-in insulation. I needed to have the whole attic cleaned after the insulation. I was definitely worried about the house temperature staying at a certain degree. With insulation, the outside temperature doesn't affect the indoor temperature as much. He gave me a quote and the price was amazing compared to other attic insulation companies. They helped me plan it all out and schedule the appointment with no hassle. We scheduled for the next week and everything went smooth. They removed the insulation and bagged it and took it. They cleaned the attic and it looks brand new and amazing. I recommend them 100%.
