Attic Leader installed the foil radiant barrier to roof rafters and gables, and additional insulation to bring our home up to the current standards. Jacob was great to work with, and his guys were professional, on time, and protected all of the surrounding surfaces while they worked. Because we were having a new heating and air conditioner installed, they started the work by installing the radiant barrier and then came back and blew the additional insulation in about 1/2 day. We are so pleased with how cool the house and we highly recommend Attic Leader.

Attic Leader exceeded every expectation. From the initial email to phone follow up to the evaluation visit, they are consummate professionals - responsive, gracious, honest! When Eddie came for the visit, he did a thorough inspection, including photos, discovered some vent issues that he recommended repair for ... found no issues with my attic, to my great relief. I offered to pay for the inspection, but he did not charge me. I hope not to ever need attic work but if I did, I would most certainly call this team!

I highly recommend Attic Leader. We had an issue with Rats. I also needed my crawl space insulated. They came, did their inspection, sealed holes, and took care of the insulation. They were professional and efficient. My problem was solved for quite some time. Unfortunately, I had to call them back because a couple of rodents came back here and there, again like professionals, they came and took care of the job. It is always a pleasure calling and talking to Mark who works in the office. He is professional and makes sure to schedule everything correctly. I recently had all my old insulation in my attic and crawl space renovated by Attic Leader. Mark came over for the first inspection and quote. He is very response in messages and emails. Eddie and Steve led their team to work on the project over the span of two and half days. They are very professional and did a wonderful jobs. Eddie started early in the morning and finished late afternoon, our attic. Eddie and his crew (Jacob, Mark and Steve) covered our house with plastic so nothing will get dirty during the process. We needed to have our attic cleaned and insulation replaced after 30-year old roof was removed and replaced. We contacted Eric at Attic Leader at the end of October for an estimate. He was on time for our appointment and quickly noticed the roofers had detached the furnace vent, causing the furnace to vent into the attic. Eric provided a comprehensive estimate the next day, while letting us know about the LADWP and gas company rebates. Eric and his crew arrived early on the day agreed upon. They covered the furniture and floor to keep the area clean and blocked off the kitchen and hallway with plastic the two days they were in the home. Thanks a lot.

These guys were fantastic -- treated our home just as they would their own, were professional and hardworking. We hired Attic Leader after an energy audit and Adam provided guidance on which fixes would get us the biggest bang for our buck. We ultimately ended up insulating around some of our attic access doors, adding blown-in insulation to our attic and insulating around our rim joists in the basement.
