A.V. Builders rebuilt our house in 2012 and then did our addition a few years later. Their work quality, ethics, eye for detail and communication are outstanding. Andrew not only manages all the projects himself, he has a great aesthetic sense and works well with designers and architects that you may also be working with. His team is responsive and does amazingly high-quality work. We've gone through a few construction projects and I would not undertake another one without A.V. Builder lined up. Takes away the stress of home construction.

A.V. Builders built the addition for my house in 2015, completed my ADU in early 2020. Andrew himself guided and connected me with new builder teams for my new rental property in 2020. He is my to go person for advice on addition, building, and planning for homes, and rental properties. His expertise on planning and building, attentiveness to details save me time after time. Andrew listens to my constant requests patiently and carefully, but he let me know the real distance (either that to be money or realistic structural possibilities) between what I wanted and what could be done in reality. Of course, he is right every time! He goes beyond his responsibilities when building my ADU. He invited an interior designer to the job site to reexamine all the layout before the completion (it was not on his to do list at all). It really made a huge difference! My tenant of the ADU can't stop talking about how great the place is to live in. Andrew helped me secure builders for my rental in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, delivered great results!! Both units rented by December 2020. I am so so grateful!

Andrew and his crew are always on my bidding list for projects because he is someone you can trust and count on to do what's best for the client and project. Period. It's mostly because he takes so much pride in his work and it shows in the results. He is collaborative and does not hesitate to pick up the phone when a design question comes up. Again, it's because he wants what's best for the project. A pleasure to work with and when he works on one of our projects, I know it will be built with integrity and incredible workmanship. I can't recommend him enough.
