We are a family of five, and our home was starting to feel a little cramped. We decided to finish two unfinished basement spaces that had been serving as storage, utility, and extra bedroom areas. From the moment Moogie stepped into our home, she felt like family. She truly listens to what you want, accommodates your vision, and offers thoughtful suggestions when you're unsure of the best direction to take. One thing I appreciated most was her honesty. She isn't the cheapest contractor, nor is she the most expensive—she falls right in that sweet spot where you feel completely comfortable with both the quality of her work and the value she provides. I remember standing in a flooring store on a Sunday afternoon, texting her pictures of colors and options. Even on her day off, she was responding with energy, guidance, and helpful suggestions. That's exactly the kind of person you want overseeing a project that will improve your family's daily life. The entire renovation took only about six weeks, and throughout the process, Moogie was incredibly dedicated. She was on-site every day, meeting with her team, reviewing plans, and keeping us informed about what was happening that day, the next day, and beyond. Communication was exceptional. If I ever had a question, I could simply send her a text, and she was always there to help. That level of accessibility and transparency brought tremendous peace of mind. The finished rooms exceeded every expectation. In fact, they're so beautiful that the rest of the house is jealous! One of my favorite features is the bedroom's sliding barn door and matching closet door. Early in the design process, I told Moogie I wanted something unique and eye-catching, and she absolutely delivered. She found a stunning barn door and perfectly coordinated it with the closet door—the hardware, color, trim, and overall design are simply gorgeous. It has become the centerpiece of the room. She also transformed a challenging window area into a charming built-in seating nook, turning what could have been an awkward feature into a beautiful focal point. That's one of Moogie's greatest talents: every design challenge our home presented, she transformed into something beautiful. Thank you, Moogie! I could not have asked for a better experience. I work in construction and have worked with many contractors over the years. I've completed numerous projects in my home, and without question, this was the best renovation experience I've ever had. Not only did I gain an incredible contractor, but I gained a friend. I fully expect to pull her away from work every now and then for a cup of coffee because she is truly one of the most unique and remarkable women I've ever met.

I love my kitchen remodel!!! Avenir Kitchen and Bath made my wishes a reality. I felt like part of the team planning the design. Beautiful, practical suggestions were given that enhanced my vision. We had a fantastic experience with Avenir Kitchen and Bath. We had our kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room redone. The owner, Moogie, was very patient with us, helped us keep costs down, was honest with us when we were picking out tiles and such by keeping our actual lifestyle in mind instead of trying to upsell us. She was here everyday checking the quality of her contractors work. Everyone coming in and out of our house were kind. Her plumber and HVAC contractors went above and beyond to explain things to us. We will absolutely use Avenir again and would highly recommend them.

Avenir Kitchen and Bath did a remodel of our master shower and bath area. Our new bathroom looks amazing! We had the same person manage the project start to finish. She was onsite almost daily to ensure the remodel was going exactly to plan and gave daily updates on what was completed and what to expect next. After filling out an Angi’s project request, Avenir Kitchens and Baths called me promptly on a Saturday. The lead designer is knowledgeable and patient in explaining the factors in my estimate for a a bathroom remodel changing a jacuzzi soaking tub for a walk-in shower. While the work has not been contracted, I appreciate her generosity and thoroughness of the initial process.

I've been working with Moogie to do a complete redesign of my kitchen and highly recommend her. When preparing for our project we had lots of choices when searching for a designer. Moogie designed a fabulous plan to update our 40 year old master bath room. The modern design made the room look much more open and functionally it is an unbelievable improvement over what we had. Have you ever met someone and immediately knew them as a kindred spirit? Well that is the experience I had with Moogie Kennedy. My husband and I were on the search for a company to design and create our new master bath. We have been doing our own home improvements for 25 years and finally have surrendered to the idea of letting professionals take over. Our search was over when we met Moogie. What sealed the deal was Moogie’s unassuming character. She listened intently and her instincts were right on when she conveyed back our vision. She helped keep us on budget, leading us to materials and products that suited our champagne taste on our beer budget. LOL. When a few small hiccups occurred, she assured us of the companies’ responsibility to making things right and they did! Moogie held my hand through to the completion of our bath and we celebrated together. I can’t wait to work with her again on our hall bath next year!

Moogie designed my owners closet, and I could not recommend her highly enough. She took my initial specs and designed exactly what I had envisioned. I took the same specs to several other custom closet companies and none got it right the first time like Moogie. Mine was also a new construction project where I only had rough specs, and Moogie was very patient through the iterations once we could actually measure the closet. She was also very respectful of my budget considerations and helped me end up with something I loved and was also close-ish to my target price range. She was also very thorough in walking me through the pros and cons of different choices. Overall, very great experience and highly recommend her for any closet design work.

Moogie was referred to us by a friend and she did not disappoint! We had some ideas of how we wanted our closet to look and function and Moogie came up with a design. We met again to finalize the design and make a few changes, which she was able to do virtually with 3D models. We are very happy with our closet and have hired her again for a second closet. Moogie has ideas we didn't know were possible. She is a talented designer and so pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Moogie Kennedy.

Moogie was truly a delight to work with! We bought our house recently and after living with the kitchen as was, we realized we desperately needed a pantry cabinet. We really wanted the cabinet to maximize the storage space without requiring moving any electrical switches or outlets, and we also ideally wanted it to be as cohesive/matched to our existing kitchen, given our limited budget. We reached out to Reico who had provided the Merillat cabinets in the previous renovations and we were connected with Moogie. She worked incredibly hard on our very small and specific purpose, to get the cabinet face/stain/wood as close to the existing cabinetry as possible. Moogie also worked hard to find a solution that would fit the space, without going over our budget. As you can see from the before/after pictures attached, the project came out wonderfully, and we're so happy with the result. We cannot recommend her enough to anyone taking on a kitchen renovation project, big or small!

WOW!!!! I felt like a contestant on a home makeover show. Moogie designed our pantry, 3 bedroom closets, linen closet and master closets. Moogie really listened to our needs and desires and made them come to life. We met during the start of COVID, but even with the social distancing, Moogie was willing and welcomed into our home to assess our current situation and how we utilized the space. When we met at the studio she was able to show us her rough drafts and demonstrated the accessory components to help us understand how the ideas tied together. As a visual learner, this was key for me. It really made it gel. We were able to merge our linen closet with a board game/toy closet. We are AVID Costco customers so you can imagine what bulk we would want to store in our pantry. With Moogie’s design we are now able to store all food stuff and removed the ‘overflow’ from the garage. My eldest son is excited that he has more room for sneakers. TOP NOTCH DESIGNER!!!!!

We hired Closet Factory to replace an existing mudroom coat closet. Moogie, our designer, was easy to work with and listened to my ideas and concerns. After unexpected electrical and plumbing challenges made the project more complicated, Moogie patiently worked through different options to adjust the design. She came up with a creative configuration to help us best use the space. I would highly recommend Moogie.

She then delivered us design drawings that enabled us to visualize how our spaces would look. This also allowed us to tweak the designs with her input to get them exactly right. Moogie K was a wonderful closet consultant. She created a great design for our young children’s closets which were functional and safe. She provided great prices and was even able to get us some discounts. I really enjoyed working with her as she is professional, creative and very nice!

I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects!
