La Casona Custom Furniture

BEWARE of this company. If you care about good, honest and timely customer service, shop elsewhere! We purchased our table ($4000 plus $500 delivery charge) on May 9, with the order/invoice indicating "8 week delivery time". After over 12 weeks of weak, late, and sometimes conflicting excuses from salesperson Brad, our table was finally delivered on August 3. Then we discovered that our table was 31" high, at least an inch higher than normal, and certainly too high for the standard height chairs we had purchased 12 weeks earlier. (An inch at a dinner table makes a big difference). Contacted Brad who agreed that "yes, normal table height is 30"", and he began to research best way to remedy, either locally (we live in Montana) or at his shop in Arizona. We agreed that local repair would be cheaper and faster. So we disassembled our table and paid $220 locally to have it cut down to a standard 30" height. I notified Brad and sent him a copy of the carpenter's invoice on 8/24, asking about reimbursement. No answer from Brad until September 1, saying the owner said "no" to reimbursing us. I asked Brad to have the owner call me, which he never did. This was one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I've ever had, with absolutely horrible customer service. There are a lot of good companies out there, but La Casona Furniture isn't one of them. Don't shop there.

Had a custom vanity made for a bathroom, quality is great...went back and purchased a large wooden table to use as a desk. Very happy with what La Casona has to offer, will go back.

Amazing furniture at great prices. Plus, the Best sales guys around!! The furniture is unique, sturdy. No pushy sales. Have been back three times for additional pieces.

Love the custom wood furniture options. Purchased two unique wood tables and had the La Casona team build a custom bedroom set. The furniture will last a lifetime and appreciate the willingness of Jose and the other sales team members to negotiate a fair price. Thanks again

I bought a beautiful dining room set from La Casona - very happy with my purchase but even happier with the customer service. It took me forever to choose and they were very patient and helpful! Not only that, but the chairs I originally ordered weren't quite right for me and they had no problem replacing them at no extra charge. I'm a bit of a demanding customer, and they were right there with me every step of the way.

We had a giant custom Mesquite table and bench seat made for us by La Casona. They are absolutely spectacular! Customer service was great and so was the price. I would not hesitate to reccommend La Casona.
