Badger Granite

It has been an amazing experience with Badger Granite while upgrading my kitchen. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for countertop renovation. Appreciate their service.

I hate to complain because I really enjoyed working with the staff here for our new countertop installation last June, but I’m super disappointed with a current situation now a year later. They neglected to install the countertop up to Wisconsin’s state code, and they tried to charge me $379 for them to come out and drill the $29 hole that it would take to make it up-to-code (which should have been done in the first place). We tried getting a new dishwasher installed and were told we need to have an air gap hole drilled to be up to Wisconsin state code as of 2020, and if we install the dishwasher anyways without having the air gap hole drilled, we would be voiding our home insurance in cases of fire/flood due to the dishwasher. When we got the countertops from Badger Granite, they had asked if we needed an air gap hole drilled. I said that our last countertop did not have one, so they told me we don’t need it for the new countertop either. I am disappointed that we were given this false information. When I spoke to someone at Badger Granite on the phone about it a few days ago, they said “your contractor should have told you that”, but Badger Granite was in fact our contractor, and did not tell us. The contractor from Badger Granite who came out to drill the hole now even said that we would need that done to sell the house. We should have been advised of this, and should not have been responsible for covering any fee except the $29 for the hole to be drilled (as it should have been done during initial set-up, had we been advised that it is Wisconsin state code). They did “reduce” the price to $150 instead of $379 after I explained how ridiculous the situation is, but it shouldn’t have been more than the actual $29 price nor should I have had to go through this, if they had just followed and advised of Wisconsin state code.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Badger Granite Store, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into their showroom, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home.

Great work, countertops look awesome. There were a few issues right after install but they were fixed immediately the next day. I would recommend.

Work was done fast, efficient, and precise to our needs. Enough workers came and each specialized at their duty. Workers cleaned up afterwards.

We purchased our countertops from Badger Granite and they turned out beautifully. It was nice that we could go there and pick out our own stone verse looking at small samples. They were able to install quicker than other companies which was also a huge bonus for us.

After almost 2 months of searching for the perfect Granite Countertops for our newly remodeled kitchen we came across Badger Granite. We visited their showroom and Sue assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful slab of Typhoon Bordeaux. What is nice with Badger Granite they also are a fabricator, which makes their pricing extremely competitive compared to all of the other numerous granite businesses we had been looking at. Within a couple of weeks our new granite was measured and installed. Sue’s father, Sadi, the owner, and two other very nice installers were a pleasure to work with. Their customer service and personability really excelled compared to the other people we had met with. We know we will enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen for many years into the future. You will be very pleased as we are with Badger Granite!

Hired them to update our kitchen countertop. We had a beautiful new granite countertop and a new sink. Also We are very appreciate for the excellent service we got. Highly recommended.
