Bailey and her crew did a great job on our renovation. What started out as just getting our stairs done turned out to be a full reno including a powder room and kitchen. High standards and high quality. Started with one bathroom, called them back for another bathroom then called them back to do the whole open concept living room / kitchen / dining room main floor including wall demo and a beautiful custom kitchen. Couldn't be any happier with the process or the results. Scott and Bailey (and Carol) were always so helpful, patient and thoroughly explained the entire process every step of the way, all went to plan and the finishing suggestions were spot on. I believe I have a good imagination but couldn't have imagined it would turn out this amazing.

I initially hired Dream Home Creations to renovate my kitchen and bathrooms in 2016. The tradespeople were very professional - they arrived on time and completed everything that was required of them. The workmanship was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I also hired them again last year to replace the front hall and kitchen floors - what a difference it makes! Bailey and her Team of sub's carried out good work but attention to detail was not present. The best work was completed by the tiler - everyone else could have been better. Our list of deficiencies were never resolved fully. It seemed like Bailey preferred to maintain her relationship with suppliers/subtrades instead of being in our best interest. From our first meeting when we were interviewing potential contractors for our renovation we knew immediately we would choose Dream Home Creations. We shared the same philosophy and they quickly garnered our trust. They are a family business with both Design and Contracting all in one company. When we met to discuss what we would really like, we were provided with a quote and a fantastic design that is absolutely stunning and within our budget. We made multiple changes along the way continually enlarging the scope (our choice, not theirs) and the team were completely flexible and accommodated everything we wanted. The Trades people were all top notch and treated our home as if they were working on their own home. When choosing our finishes, we had the option to be as involved as we wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping with Bailey for the options where she was diligent in making sure we stayed within our budget and on track for timing. All the workers that came into our home were courteous, respectful and most importantly highly skilled. Their attention to the smallest detail puts them second to none. Our home was always safe, clean and there were no corners cut. The end result has completely surpassed our expectation and everyone that comes into our home is astonished at how wonderful everything looks. We hired Bailey and her team to renovate our kitchen.At first they were very attentive but as the project went on we felt we were not a priority and the project went on much longer than necessary.Weeks after we noticed staples popping in our hardwood floors.They came back once to say they would repair them and implied we chose flimsy flooring ,we chose to have hardwood,they chose the materials.One and a half years later with numerous emails,phone calls excuses they have never returned.The staples continue to pop.

Communication was awesome. Amazing work. They were very understanding. Couldn’t be happier. They have a great team of trades people. You won’t have to go search for anybody while they are doing the project.

We hired DHC originally back in October 2015 to perform mostly interior renovation involving replacing the main level flooring, basement flooring, whole house painting + wallpapers, door painting, some exterior feature changes (stucco), doors replacement, building a closet room with custom cabinetry, custom closets, etc. We then later hired them back to repair the basement after we replaced some underground pipes in Oct 2017. Overall our experience is excellent and here are the reasons: 1.Initially we contacted 4-5 contractors, they were to only one who response back within 1-2 days (some came back after a week and some never came back). They came to my house and assessed the work and prepared a quote that includes a lot of details including a cost breakdown between materials and labor. This part is very important to me. Their pricing on the labor was quite reasonable and as for material costs, those varies depending on what you pick but I found that their pricing are generally cheaper than you go out and brought them yourself. They tracked the budget very well, we went over budget by 10% only because I picked more expensive materials than was originally planned and we have increased the scope of the project slightly as well. 2.They gave me a work plan and Bailey provides full design services including drawings for the closet design for us. She is very patient in explaining the details for us. Furthermore, DHC has really good staff as they are very good at their job but also very friendly and passionate about doing a good job. There were several instances where I thought it was ‘good enough’ but DHC’s staff pushed to deliver more. I am impress with Scott’s attention to detail and knowledge but more importantly his honestly. He always follow the code which is a great thing. He and Bailey are someone you can TRUST. If there are things Scott isn’t sure about, he will tell you and won’t try to give you ill advice. I am also very impress with Terence, he is so detail oriented. They are all very patient to explain everything which is a key to me. As a home owner you feel nervous about contractors especially if you are not expert in what they are doing, but overtime I felt more and more confident with the crew as the project went on. 3.Not everything is perfect and hiccup is expected. What is impressive to me is that both Scott and Bailey responded to my concerns in a respectful, patient way and we discussed ways to move forward. At the end, all concerns were addressed in a way that is satisfactory to me. This is important because you are always not sure how contractor will deal with disputes but I have to say I am very happy with DHC in working with clients to resolve any issue. You can count of Bailey and Scott to work through any issues with you and be confident that they will do what they can. 4.DHC do use subcontractors for jobs such as flooring / painting, etc. I have to say the subcontractors they pick are EXCELLENT. I am very impress by the quality of people they choose to work with them. 5.After my renovation, I have to repair some underground pipes so the basement floor was partially removed, I called Scott and he promptly came by within a few days and his team came in and repair the floors in a total of 3.5 days. We had to order new laminate flooring that was supposed to match our existing flooring but the manufacturer changed the interlocking mechanism. Instead of suggesting to me to replace the whole floor, they somehow custom modified the interlocking system to make the new floor fits with the old and it is perfectly done and you can't tell the difference. 6. The payment schedule is very reasonable. They detailed me when payments would be made based on the progress of the renovation. After my experience with DHC, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants renovation done right because they are honest, trustworthy team of people and they do great work as well. I will certainly call them again if I need any help in renovation.

After a very nerve racking experience renovating our kitchen, we were very leary of who and how to renovate our main and ensuite bathrooms. By chance, we were referred to Dream Home Creations. From start to finish the Dream Home Creations team lived up to their name. They were a dream to work with. The detail of their estimate (including costs) were clear-cut and accurate. Any overage in cost was our choice. Also, Bailey and Scott have a great team of skilled workers who take pride in their work. Matching patterns in the tile took care and precision. The group at DHC guided us through making the tile selection to paint colour. They turned our vision into something spectacular. They were really able to decipher our ideas and give us 2 awesome new bathrooms. Bottom line, they made renovating seem easy! I would highly recommend Dream Home Creations for your renovation.

Bailey was great to work with, she had wonderful ideas but was always aware of costs and stayed within the budget. The tradespeople were very professional, got the job done and their work was impeccable. As I live in a condominium they had to carry tools, equipment and building materials up & down the elevator - no damage whatsoever (unlike some of the people I've seen working on other condos in my building). The only delays were caused by me, ie. I ordered a sink and shower fixture from Wayfair but they were not suitable for the job so I had to buy them locally. Overall a triple AAA rating!

We recently finished our main floor renovation with DHC and we absolutely couldn't be happier with the outcome! Our reno included all new floors, new kitchen, and updating the stairs to name just a few of the many things DHC did for us. From the very first meeting with Bailey we felt comfortable and excited about this process. The team at DHC is outstanding, there really is so much attention to detail in each of their special trades and it shows throughout the entire renovation process. We contacted Dream Home Creations based on the recommendation of one of our neighbours, whose home they had renovated the previous year. Sure enough, they did not disappoint. They completed several projects in our home, including the renovation of three bathrooms, the laundry room, the cold room, new interior doors on the main floor and some repair work in the basement. Bailey also furnished my living room, which up to that point was pretty much a blank slate. Bailey has excellent taste, and knows how to make the best use of a space. She does not push any one style on her clients, but instead works with them to find out what they like and makes recommendations they may not have considered. She also helps to work within a budget and provides a variety of choices within the range of the budget, ultimately allowing her clients to choose from among her recommendations. Our project was time consuming, but Dream Home Creations always kept in contact. They also helped us out with some minor work around the house that other contractors may have balked at, which we truly appreciated. It gave us confidence to know that these tasks were being completed by someone we trusted. Dream Home Creations keeps up to date regarding changes to building codes, and were able to rectify many 'not to code' situations in our home. Bailey, Scott and Vincent are not only genuinely nice people, they stand by their workmanship and their work is impeccable. Our master bathroom project stands out among all the work DHC completed. The tilework is gorgeous and the room has been transformed from an out of date bathroom with a ton of wasted space to a spa like retreat with a fantastic amount of storage and just the right amount of sparkle. We invited DHC Inc to provide a cost estimate to renovate our main floor which included our foyer, hallway, powder room, living room, dining room, kitchen, eating area and family room. After the second meeting with DHC Inc. we decided to award the contract to them because of their full understanding of the project and the reasonable cost. The trade people worked with them were all licensed and good at what they were doing. DHC Inc were always willing to listen to the changes with out any cost over run. We were very much impressed with their attention to details and understanding about home decoration. DHC Inc met all our requirements including completing the project on time and budget. I've called on Bailey several times in the last few years. Initially it was for renovation recommendations on my main floor. She came up with different possibilities which were produced in detailed CAD drawings and picture format. We used these drawings with our contractor. She chose our paint colors and did so with several visits. She wanted to make sure the colors looked right at different times of day. After the renovations were done we brought her back to help with furniture selections. She spent time with me in furniture stores helping me figure out what I like. She would then pull pieces together that I would never have thought of taking into consideration our very busy life with 3 young children. It would have been impossible for me to do it on my own. I don't have her ability to visualize. I never felt pressured or rushed. Highly recommend!
