Hello, My name is Ron (Contractor with over 20 years’ experience in the trades) and I am here to review Bailiwick Design and talk about circles! No not the Ledgewood Circle or Livingston Circle, those are long gone just like all the other circles on your favorite highways and routes. Why are they gone? Because they did not work well. They were chaotic and practically void of direction. Everyone who entered them seemed in it for themselves and could not wait to get out. Traffic jams, accidents and hurt feelings where par for the course. Well your home project is very much like those old circles. You need someone to come in, direct traffic and make sure everyone gets in and out without the hurt feelings and limit the problems that typically occur on most projects. Not only do you need a good director of that traffic but the circle itself must be good. Carrie has put together a great group of contractors, suppliers and contacts. I have been blessed to be a part of that circle for 8 years. I am always impressed with each new member of the circle I meet. They are some of the best and most knowledgeable in the business. After 20 years in this business I can tell you first hand there are some wacky contractors out there. Carrie is adept at finding the best and leaving the rest. We were building and furnishing our Dream Home; but it could have turned into a nightmare.
