Would not recommend this company to anyone! Terrible low-quality products that you would expect to find in a trashy mobile home park. Buyers beware this is of low quality that you will regret purchasing. Don't waste your money. You can expect even less with their customer service teams.

Terrible experience with this company! Read the reviews before purchasing from them. We had a contractor measure our beam and sent those measurements for our purchase. What they do not tell you on the screen where you place your order is that if you are buying a faux beam to cover an existing beam you have to check specifications to see how much to add to cover that beam. Why can't they simply put next to the place where you click to order, "Check specifications if you are covering an existing beam". Or why can't they do the math for you and just add the additional inches when you send in the measurements for the beam you wish to cover with their product? We wasted over $700 because of the huge shipping fees and they won't take any responsibility for this problem. I am disgusted with this company and terrible customer relations. All I can say is: do not buy from them.

May 5 2020..I ordered 37 panels and the recommended glue and a kit. I spent almost $4000 and quickly they took it from my CC.. Everything went perfect from the order to the delivery. I got a call from the delivery people said that it was going to arrive in 2 days. In the meantime, I had installed the plywood for the backing that was told I needed to glue panels.. delivery on time as promised. I opened the first box and I sank.. totally the wrong colors.. I called and again the lady was very helpful and told me that she would see if she couldn't it get fixed and was going to have it ship in a 2 week turn around.. May 28th.. I waited 3 weeks and called back, funny I got the same lady.. she tells me that she couldn't have said that because she's needing pictures.. so I sent some to her.. she said she would get right on it.. June 19th.. I called and she said that they wanted to pickup all the materials.. I was confused, she said they are sending me delivery slips for all the packages

Horrible product. I ordered the "woodland unfinished panels". I ordered a sample and it looked pretty good so I placed the order for over $4,000 to cover our vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom. The panels delivered were 3 shades darker than the sample. Bummer. But it gets worse - The interlocking joint(s) between the panels is so poorly made that the panels do not fit tightly together. I'd have to take each panel and cut down the edges to get them to fit together snugly and look like real boards. In addition the recommended caulking does not even come close to matching the "unfinished" color of the panels. Now the worst part: NO RETURNS. Had I known, I would never ordered. And you could never tell how bad the panels fit together because they are about 3 feet wide by 5 feet long - the sample is 8 inches by 8 inches. I ended up getting engineered hardwood for 65% LESS than the fake panels from Faux panels. I have a bunch of these if anyone wants some cheap...jsut buy the real stuff and save the headaches.

Damaged exterior stucco needed repair / painting. Rather than "patch & paint", decided to upgrade curb-appeal by installing FauxPanels "Norwich Colorado Stacked Stone". End result is FANTASTIC, with universal compliments from Neighbors & my Homeowner's Association. If you are good at working with wood, very easy to install, once you get the hang of how to lay-out sections attractively & efficiently. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! They answer the phones (without long "hold", have live chat, answer questions, provide advice, have instructional videos. By installing this myself, I save over 50% $$ vs. using "real" stacked stone & a mason to install (installing stacked stone is much more difficult & messy, so I don't do it). I will use FauxPanels for many more projects in the future. Once caution . . . FauxPanels are beautiful, but made of a softer material, so will get damaged if banged, gouged, mistreated. On the otherhand, buy the touch-up paint kit & is often relatively easily repaired.

i ordered 16 panels from them and called once i got them on best way to cu..they referred me to website which practically gave no info at all on how to cut them..i used table saw..had to place panel stone face down in order to strike a line..the stone would catch and kick back..i called them again and they referred me to a video which explaned kickback which i already know what it is having ruined two panels..through trial and error figured out best way to cut is with plain circular saw. finished with no issues ecxept im missing 2 corners..i called them expecting them to help me out with 2 more panels and they charged me same price as the other 16...will never buy from this company again.

We are building a new home & wanted to have an accent wall in our great room. We've gone way over budget so we were looking for other alternatives to the beautiful stone accents. The pictures on the web site & reviews were pretty impressive. We made the mistake of "trusting" that the panels shown on their website were a good representation of what we would receive......WRONG!!! The panels we received looked like wood/bark -- not stone. I would bet that all of their reviews are audited. Buyer BEWARE!

As promised to the company, I am updating this review to state the situation has been resolved and I received my refund today.

Awful experience to say the least. The sales rep initially overcharged me and instead of crediting me the amount, re-charged me a second time, which is fraudulent. The company keeps telling me they credited me and it's in dispute with my credit card for months. I am out $86! No one picks up the phone over there either.

I bought the Cambridge brick white panel and the Cambridge stone light gray corners. The brick looks good, but the corner pieces are horrible. The picture online made the product look more realistic then the actual pieces I received. Also, the corner pieces are thicker then the brick and would look funny even if I used them. I tried to return the corners and they will not allow any type of return on them. My reasoning for the return seems pretty valid. It's disappointing when you spend thousands of dollars on a company's products and they have customer service like this. I advise you not to buy.

I ordered stacked stone panels to dress up a house flip project. The product received did not match the pictures used to advertise. I called to request an exchange and was informed I would need to pay shipping plus a $200 restocking fee for the exchange. When I called back to take the next steps for the exchange I did not get an answer and my call was not returned. I am 10 days later and my sales rep does not return my calls; my project is behind schedule. Over the past 10 days I have called 13 times and cannot get ANY customer service. When I do reach someone they promptly forward my call to a voicemail that may or may not have a name attached to it. Very disappointed.

We added faux wood beams (from Faux Wood Beams!) to the ceiling of the wine area in our basement to give it some character and warmth. The beams are truly amazing -- you can't tell they aren't real. Even the faux straps to hide seams look real. My husband put up the beams without too much trouble, even cutting the edge to go around a challenging corner. We love our beams. I would definitely order from Faux Wood Beams again.
