Brett was outstanding on a huge remodel project. Not only were his designs on point and to our taste, he made suggestions to increase resale, decrease work, and increase our satisfaction. There was never a time I could not reach him by phone or email, and he made a point to visit the job site often. Whenever we had an issue or needed a suggestion he was the first person we called. Brett was on time, under budget, and flexible, something no other person was on the project. Highly recommended, highly professional, completely dependable.

His support was there through the entire build. Any questions we had or changes we needed he was very quick with a response or resolution. Brett is great to work with. He is creative, professional, efficient and just an all around great guy to work with! He creatively re-arranged some rooms based on my desires after the project was well underway...and the finished product is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend. This project was a 6000 sq. foot home which technically was a remodel, but ended up being almost entirely re-built from the ground up.

Brett Confer and his firm did an excellent job on a very intricate project that required an expert like Brett to truly see a vision of what the space wanted to become. Taking into account the owners needs and incorporating specific design requests is always challenging but, working with Brett simplified the difficulties because of his professional approach and customer service. We look forward to working with Mr. Confer in the future.

This project involved expanding, updating, and adding handicap accessibility to a modest mountain home. The many design challenges and county code restrictions had kept us from moving ahead with this renovation in the past. Once Brett showed us what he had in mind, we thought he was nuts! But in his quiet way, he won us over to making the changes that he knew we needed. The resulting home has been a delight both functionally and aesthetically.
