I cannot stop looking at my floors - they are unbelievably beautiful. Nikita came to my condo in August and assessed my engineered hardwood. He answered all my questions and soon after sent me the quote - I certainly think it was fair. His workers were considerate, polite, and worked very hard - they were quiet as well which my neighbours appreciated. Thank you Nikita, Cezar, Daniel, plus a very strong hardworking Ukrainian worker. I highly recommend this company - I demand first quality workmanship and could not be more pleased. Thank you so much.

DO NOT even think about BC Floors. I had the most horrible experience with BC floors. They subcontract your project to no name subcontractors that literally have no knowledge of flooring and they will ruin your material and flooring. First off, I had to call Keit, the project manager to give me a quote, literally everyday two to three times. After a full week of calling her, she finally gave me a sloppy quote without coming to my place to see what the scope is. I had a tight schedule and made the worst mistake to pay them to do them the job. Ali, their subcontractor, damaged all of the stairs while removing the existing stairs and demanded more money. As I was deep into this mistake, I agreed. Then he installed all flooring and stairs wrong and ruined the whole floor and stairs. The stairs nosing fell off after 2 days and I noticed that it is sitting on a hollow space!!! The flooring moves when I walk on it. When I tried to explain it to Keit, such a horrible job Ali has done, she accused me that I am lying. I had to fight for days with BC floors and I still have not got my money back and I am left alone with a ruined material, flooring and stairs. I kept calling her and her boss, Nikita, and they totally ignore my calls and do not answer me. I have never experienced such horrible service and customer service.

Great guys! Professionally sanded and restored 80-years old hardwood floors and stairs in my office. We switch from old yellowish natural color to a contemporary looking dark grey stain. Thank you!

Had a very good experience with BC Floors. Max and Oleg were very pleasant to work with and really helped in the design phase. More importantly, the installation was of exceptional quality. The work is absolutely top notch. On budget and on time, a wonder amongst local contractors it seems. Clear communication at all stages of the project. These guys did amazing work for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Beginning to end the whole thing was smooth. We have a challenging 113 year old East Van house. Nothing is square, nothing is level. Max the installer worked so hard to get everything just right, no shortcuts. I was amazed at the level of care and the skill in the work. It really shows in the end product. From the first consultation, to the samples and advice they brought, to the quote (which was accurate), to the finished floor was just amazing. It was so great to have a hassle free contractor in our house. No surprises. They showed up on time and worked every day to get the project done on schedule. I really couldn't ask for anything more from a contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Max at BC Floors installed about 2000 SF of 3/4" Hardwood in my home, and then professionally finished the job with new 6" Baseboards throughout the Main floor. Also finishing off 2 flights of stairs, which are very solid! His custom 'transitions' in various locations were so well done, I'm still impressed with the detail!! He worked many nights to get the job done in a timely manner. In my business (Realtor), I need to bring in certain Professionals to assist my clients in making their Homes sell for the highest dollar. I was referred to BC Floors by a friend. I have a home-based business in my basement and I needed to find a flooring solution for it (clients visit me from time to time). So I wanted floors to be nice-looking, durable and affordable. Laminate floors was the choice.
