Excellent service. Bonnie’s knowledge of patterns and materials helped us in making the end decision for the cushions in our sunroom. She asked a lot of questions about what we prefer in color and texture. We are so happy with the new look in our sunroom and the expert sewing and the matching of the pattern.

Bonnie Haugh of Designing Windows has a keen eye for what looks best in my home. She has done the window designs for eight of the windows in my house. She seems to have a sense and an intuition for my personal style and is able to suggest fabrics, colors and trims that greatly enhance the rest of each room’s decor. She is never pushy about introducing unusual designs and being supportive and patient with the evolution of my style. Most recently she showed me a different yet cutting edge design that I absolutely love! It is far from ordinary in the space where it hangs and makes the room look spectacular! A simple design that delivered classy details. I am so grateful for her good taste and guidance. She also has a wonderful and highly skilled installer. It’s the whole, high quality package!! Bonnie Haugh of Desiging Windows is an expert in her field. She came prepared on her first visit to our home to find a solution to lighting up our living room and dining room which currently had very heavy & dark drapes. On her second visit we to a solution that lightened up both rooms plus capitalized on emphasis of our magnificent view of Lake Ontario & the bay. The Luminettes provide a variety of positions from total exposure of the double sliding glass doors and thus the “view” , or partial closure, to full closure to protect from the afternoon sun. We will also be doing some decorative side drape panels to accent the Silhouettes in the dining room. I look forward to continuing work with Bonnie who by nature is very positive in her approach.

Bonnie was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about her products and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy before, during and after installation. The entire experience of having my drapes made was wonderful. Bonnie met with me and explained everything that she does and showed me many examples of her work. She made everything easy from start to finish. The finished product is perfect. The project ended with her at my house while the drapes were hung. I would definitely recommend DESIGNING WINDOWS to anyone looking for a perfect window treatment.

I can't say enough about her professionalism, assistance with the design, and the quality of her work. Her attention to detail is impeccable! She is patient as she works with you to find the right fabric for your project, and her opinion is so valuable due to her extensive experience in the field. I recommend her highly and have recommended her to friends who have used her for window treatments in their home. All have been so impressed with Bonnie, and you will be too!!

I cannot say enough about how easy Bonnie made the process of obtaining new window treatments for my home office! I really had no idea what I wanted to do, since decorating is not my thing; nor do I have a lot of patience. Not only did Bonnie have creative ideas, she understood the need for functionality and practicality. Additionally, because she is clearly a perfectionist, the ordering and installation processes were efficient and painless. She is timely, honest and delivers -- a joy to work with!
