Contraté a Manuel Perez de Beacon Construccion para remodelar mi Condo en Wailuku. Los trabajos se realizaron en el tiempo exacto , con el mayor nivel de calidad y detalles personalizados que aporta Manuel , el presupuesto se ajustó exacto a lo convenido , y el departamento se entregó en el tiempo exacto acordado , listo y limpio para ser usado . Me gustó la disposición de Manuel para resolver rápido cualquiera modificación que yo le solicité . , así como también destacar la calidad de las nuevas pinturas , la instalación del mesón de granito en la cocina y la instalación de nuevo piso de madera en todo el departamento , además de muchos otros trabajos que le dieron un nuevo aire a mi nueva propiedad , dejándola prácticamente nueva .

Manuel has been our go-to professional for both remodels we needed done for our businesses. He handled every detail of the projects with great diligence, precision and knowledge. Both times he exceeded our expectations. The last remodel was at a food establishment and given the complexity of the project this was not a job for just anyone. He made sure all details were taken into consideration at the right time to help the tedious permitting process go as smooth as possible. We found him and his team dedicated to meet all deadlines even if that meant working after hrs and weekends - all without affecting the quality of the final work. His attention to detail, availability, and overall professionalism wouldn't have us hesitating about hiring Beacon Construction for all of our future projects. Thank you!!

Manuel was very reliable in responding to us, following through, showing up or calling on time. He listened to our goals, adjusted the design to fit our needs, and offered helpful suggestions. His drawings were very detailed and professional. We have not yet moved forward with the construction but feel confident that his work will reflect the quality of our meetings and his design.
