Ben and his team did a great job removing tree roots and then repairing and repaving a driveway that was damaged due to the roots. They were very kind, always wanting to do the best job for us which was much appreciated. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful work. So professional. But also considerate and care about customer satisfaction. Work done timely and well. Kept me informed at every step including sending photos and updates. Extremely pleased that I found them and one small job ended up into having them do two full bathrooms because they were do good. Michael was amazing but Baldo and others were too! Thanks again guys.

Bela Development is a great company and we can’t recommend them enough. We have now worked with them on two projects (one small, one large) and both experiences were positive. They are very responsive, willing to work with your budget, and transparent about the whole process. Michael was our project manager for both projects and everything ran smoothly with him. We had a few hiccups along the way, but he was great at keeping us calm, talking through our options, and helping us find solutions - all the things you want in a general contractor. Baldo, Bela’s subcontractor, does excellent, top notch work. Very clean, precise, and detailed. Highly recommend requesting working with them, you will not be disappointed!

We had a good experience working with Bella Development. Ben, Michael and team were easy to work with. The quality of work was generally very good (and any issues were corrected) and the project was completed on time. One consideration for those working with Bella is to ensure their design matches the scope of work agreed to in the contract. We had one or two issues on that front that required scope expansion, but overall pretty minor relative to the cost of the project.

We were fortunate to find Bela, Tom, and Ben immediately after the fires. Currently, we are working together to recreate and modify the plans in accordance with the new restrictions. It has been incredibly reassuring to have a general contractor who is not only highly capable of rebuilding but also honest, direct, and extremely patient throughout the process. I feel lucky and fortunate to have worked with Bela Development on a major renovation project! It was an entire renovation on the house that I grew up in, and there were a lot of details that I wanted to keep, while still modernizing the entire home, inside and out. Daniel and Michael guided me through the entire process answering all of my many questions and collaborating when we needed to get through a particularly hard problem that would arise. And when taking down all of the walls, as well as some structural walls and redoing all plumbing and electrical we ran into many surprises. They were fair and explained pricing when we had to negotiate costs so there were no misunderstandings between us. I had a great time as well, learning about how houses are constructed. Daniel and Michael’s patience while paying attention to the smallest details was appreciated. Now the home I grew up in as many of the same details but is so much more airy, lighter and modern. We all most likely will remain friends. I highly recommend using Bela Development. They are professional and yet still remains personal. They went above and beyond what any other contractor would do, and as a single woman that I highly valued!
