We utilized his recommended architect, interior finish designer and custom cabinet maker. He made suggestions throughout the building process, but never pressured us to decide on changes we didn't want. Berardi's line-up of specialty contractors, from stone masons to lighting design to fine stone countertop fabricators were superb. We presented our ideas and Mr. Alfsen helped us fashion the perfect home. It is a "smart" home, complete with security, USB stations, adaptive HVAC controls, elevator, and other state of the art features. Mr. Alfsen was extremely helpful in all regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with all permit requirements, ordinances and building standards.
