Omar and his team did such a beautiful job with our home addition. They were always very conscientious as they worked at the house, kept us in constant communication with updates on inspections, parts, and next steps, and we could not be happier with the finished project. We had an addition built to the house that became a new master bedroom, with renovations inside the house to make a new bathroom and a walk in closet. Truly, cannot recommend them enough.

Best Deal Home Improvement did a great job installing bathroom flooring , toilet and vanity. The workers were extremely professional and left zero mess behind after the job was done.

Omar and his crew have done extensive remodeling in my old townhouse. First and foremost since I have had so much trouble getting anyone to actually show up to work on my house, he gets kudo's for showing up. He has provided many options and ideas that I had not considered which only added value to the work he performed. Considering I kept changing my mind and adding additional tasking he was very accommodating. In all I would happily recommend Best Deal to anyone who doesn't really know what they want to do.

I can highly recommend Best Deal Home Improvement. They put in a new floor and laundry room in my basement. They did everything they said they would do and some extra touches to make sure it was perfect. The owner is knowledgable and very helpful and goes the extra mile. I was delighted with the project outcome - on time and on budget.

I hired Best deal Home Improvements to do mold mitigation and install flooring in my condo after a leak. Omar pulled up the old floors in my bedroom a full 2 weeks before he all had the materials. This left me and my animals walking around on the subfloor for a full two weeks. Upon pulling up the floors in the rest of my home, Omar from Best Deal contacted me to inform me the subfloor had crumbled. He assured me he could repair the subfloor for $600-800. I agreed to these charges and okay'ed him to continue work under the impression the subfloor would be repaired properly. Unfornteuly Omar did a patch job while repairing the subfloor and did not properly level my subfloor. He continued to install my brand-new floors ontop of this poor subfloor install. As a result, my new floors are very uneven and have a "squishy or springy" feel to them. When I contacted him he told me he was aware it was a poor job and he himself was not satisfied with the work done. He however still laid my brand new flooring on top of this poor job, did not contact me to provide me options, or attempt to remedy the situation. He told me 4 times the subfloor couldn't be repaired and to deal with it. I contacted 3 other contractors in the area who all tell me the subfloor wasn't properly prepped and scraped and this is the reason my floors are very uneven. Several days after repairs were completed Omar entered my home without permission (Repairs were completed so I was unaware he would still be accessing my unit while I was at work) and took back the remaining boxes of flooring despite my insurance paying for the material. These boxes of flooring were stored neatly in my bedroom closet, so this meant he had to have gone through all my belongings to locate them. There was no way he thought these items were trash given they were stored away nicely by myself. Do not hire him. The work is shoddy and now it will cost me additional money to have all the flooring removed, subfloor properly repaired, and then properly installed. I paid this man $13,000 to replace my flooring in my 800 square feet condo and do mold mitigation in a small area in my bedroom ceiling.

Omar Erazo and his team did an excellent job completing several projects in my house before I sold it in June of 2019. They completely remodeled two bathrooms, replaced the kitchen countertops & sink, replaced the carpeting on the stairs and in two upstairs bedrooms, and did several other less significant jobs to help get the house ready for sale. The quality of the work they did certainly contributed to the house selling for more than the typical value of houses in the neighborhood. Throughout the process Omar was excellent about setting a budget, communication, anticipating code and ventilation issues, and worked with me on selecting quality products to use in the remodeling.

Omar and his team were amazing! He was able to fit us in last minute after another contractor quit on our project. We wanted an elegant marble herringbone backsplash and had the special mesh shipped in from California. The first contractor did not have the experience working with the heavier and small tiles. He quit after a few hours of them sagging on the wall. We called Omar and he knew exactly what to do, including a special glue to secure the tile and prevent sagging and a special saw to ensure the tiles don’t crack. They completed our backsplash in one day, helping me complete my dream kitchen!

This was my very first time to use a contractor and I was very nervous because I’ve heard such horror stories. I got multiple estimates to remodel my two bathrooms and Best Deal’s price was quite literally the best deal. I felt good about owner Omar from the beginning, as he takes the time to explain every little thing and makes sure you understand the whole process. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. I even trusted the team to work while we were out of town for a week on vacation. Omar’s patience, work ethic, and customer service is comparable to none. I changed a couple of things midway through the project yet never felt like he lost his patience with me. He’s just so professional and understanding! He went above and beyond (not taking shortcuts like others do) to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and we were 100% satisfied. I designed my bathrooms myself and wanted them to be very unique. My husband and I even built our own vanities. Omar worked with us to create my Pinterest-perfect bathrooms of my dreams! Omar and his team renovated our master bathroom. Omar was very responsive and the team did a thorough job (they even went out to buy touch-up paint to patch some holes in the wall which was not part of their project!). They were careful to take their time to do a quality job. I am so happy with our new bathroom! I will definitely be hiring them for more projects in the future.

We love our new remodeled bathrooms. Omar and his team did a fantastic job. I wanted something simple and it turned out wonderful. Everyday before they left, the work area was cleaned. The attention to detail was incredible, things I didn't even think about were planned out and discussed. Paint, door knobs, matching finishes, cabinet pulls. We hired Best Deal to renovate a small 1967 master bathroom that included a second sink/vanity area that was open to the bedroom. We chose Best Deal because Omar provided excellent design advice to maximize the usable space and remove the open vanity. We were so pleased with the professionalism and skill of his team, their attention to detail, and Omar's careful oversight throughout the project that we added on a second bathroom renovation and painting. Work has been of the highest quality - using high quality materials expertly installed. All work was performed on a mutually agreed upon schedule, within the originally quoted budget, and check-ins and ongoing communication was both regular and helpful.

Best Deal did a good job on remodeling our bathroom. We are pleased with almost everything...just waiting to see if our ceiling fan is fully functioning. However Omar has assured us if the it is defective, he will replace it. I feel he and his crew worked hard to make us happy. We recommend them as a great company for others. I initially gave Omar a 4, but have changed our review to a 5. We just had someone we hired before Omar on another outside house project come back to fix something that contractor had not done properly, and that person's attitude was very bad. Upon reflection, I realize that Omar and his team have a much better spirit than most of the people that get hired to do work. Live and learn. Best Deal is very, very good.
