As a general contractor, working with Beth Levine on an extensive home renovation was a great experience. She was organized and prepared heading into construction and helped maintain the clients vision throughout the duration of the project. When changes occurred, due to increased scope from the owners and unforeseen conditions of a renovation, she was willing to review all options before making a decision on the best way to proceed with the final product, budget and schedule all taken into consideration.

We have nothing but the highest of praise for Beth. We engaged her to undertake a major extension to a holiday home in Vail. We live outside the US and so had to work with Beth mostly at long distance, over the phone and by internet. She understood our expressed wishes and ideas and translated them into practical, attractive and stylish solutions. Everything was delivered to schedule and on budget. We were also very grateful for all the little, thoughtful extras she did which made working with Beth a joy. The finished product is absolutely fantastic and we are looking forward to spending many happy years there with our family.

Beth worked with us to design our home in Vail and later help us add on to the house as our needs expanded. She is very detail oriented and quite knowledgeable about the process to gain permits and approvals necessary to do the work, which is not an easy take in Vail. In additional she has helped many of my clients that own here in Eagle County and has met with their wholehearted endorsements as well. I woulod say that if someone is looking to improve a home or build a new construction property here in Eagle County, they could not go wrong by using Beth.

I can't imagine what we would have done without Beth! We stripped our home down to the studs in almost every room. Beth not only drew up the plans but supervised the construction to be sure they were following the plans accurately. She analyzed and approved every pay request before we paid it. Her plans were very precise- they included what I called the MRI version which was cross sections of every room. Overkill? Hardly. When the work began, the construction company could literally look at every wall and see what was supposed to be there- light fixtures, outlets, windows, etc etc. It was huge. She was also incredible in her interface with the town of Vail. Beth knows the Design and Review Board members and she also understands the town ordinances relative to expansions. She got us a ton of extra space we know we would not have been able to get otherwise b/c she maximized the legal allowances. Our home is simply beautiful! We worked with her for several years by the time we actually took on the project and I could not be happier with the results and her part of it.
