Working with Bettis Construction on my sunroom and cabana project has been an outstanding experience. I knew from the first meeting with Bill Bettis that the process would be collaborative. This was demonstrated initially in the design phase and continued throughout the construction phase. He and his son, Andrew are both great listeners and both displayed a high level of professionalism. I especially liked that they paid attention to the small details. This is not something that usually happens at the end of a residential addition project. We hired Bettis Construction for a major kitchen remodel. The project involved moving the kitchen from the front of our home to the back, redoing a covered sun porch, as well as a few other updates. We removed several walls and completely gutted space, swapping our kitchen and den. It was a true joy working with Bettis Construction. The father and son team were always present and responsive on the job site. The subs they used were first rate and it was obvious that their relationships with their subs were long standing ones. The billing was clear and precise with change orders issued on any changes from original contract. As with any old home remodel, surprises were uncovered. Bill and Andrew were able to come up with great solutions to any and every problem encountered along the way. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Bettis Construction will be our go to contractor for any future remodeling or building projects we undertake.

We hired Bettis Construction to do a completely new kitchen. This is the second one for us. The scope of the project included greatly expanding the footprint of the kitchen, more than doubling the size. It included all new cabinetry, counters, appliances, custom lighting, flooring, and new windows. It was a 5 month project, and stayed on course. Bill was always up-front with everything, and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again, and in fact, have another smaller project already in progress.

We just started our third project with Bill and Andrew and would not consider using anyone else. Our first project was a small one and we were extremely impressed with the attention to detail. The project was not by any means treated as small by Bill and he made sure we were satisfied with everything. The second project was considerably larger and was completed within 10% of the original budget and within 2 weeks of the projected completion date. When it came time to remodel our kitchen, we simply called Bill.

We have used Bettis Construction for 2 large renovation projects and have just hired him for another (kitchen and laundry). We could not be more pleased with his approach, communication and the high quality of the work. Bill brings a calming effect to an otherwise chaotic process. Everyone that has worked in our home has been trustworthy and friendly. Most importantly, Bettis came in UNDER BUDGET, ON TIME and the whole process was a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Bettis Construction is a smaller shop which allows them to pay full attention to your project. Their communication and bedside manner is excellent. Bill and Andrew Bettis are experienced, hands on and efficient. My project was completed on time, under budget with the highest quality and craftsmanship. We did a complete, to the studs renovation of a 25 year old kitchen/breakfast room, a modification of a den that required significant repair of a hardwood floor, a removal and rebuild of a fireplace and mantle, and several other modifications to our home. All phases were beautifully completed! The contractor worked with us to manage through the inevitable discoveries in any renovation project. The calm, professional manner of Bill Bettis and his crew made the project a dream come true instead if the nightmare we have heard from others using different contractors. The project was completed on time at a fair price. As we were finishing this major rebuild, we were already looking forward to working with Bettis Construction on future projects.

Bettis Construction built my 2000sf ranch-style home in 1986. Fast forward to 2013 when I reached out to Bettis Const again to add a 1300sf two-story addition to the same house. The new construction included 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 living areas, 3 storage closets and the conversion of a former master bedroom into a new dining area. The quality of the initial construction proved beneficial to the tie-in of the new addition. Both projects came in under budget and the quality is unsurpassed. I am constantly impressed at the seamless transitions from the old space to the new space. I'm a repeat customer for a reason - quality.
