Beyond Storage

Designing the master closet for my new home was the best and easiest part of the building process! I was most impressed to see how Katie was able to accommodate ALL of my belongings in a much smaller space. After 3 more bedroom closets, a pantry and a linen closet we found one more space that proved to be a "bonus" add on after everything was completed. I highly recommend Beyond Storage... professional, efficient, meticulous and friendly. The service doesn't stop at the design....I wish every installer would care as much as Josh did!

Working with Beyond Storage was a great experience! Our designer, Melissa Archer, was fantastic from the first meeting through the completion of our closets. We built a new house and we had them do a large master closet, a pantry, two kids' walk-in closets, and two hall closets. All were beautifully designed and the installers were excellent as well! Highly recommend Beyond Storage!

It took me over one year to write this review and the reason for that is because unfortunately the experience we had was not that great. When we ordered our custom shelving around our fire place with assistance of your designer we only received one complete shelving for only one side of the fire place. When we contacted the designer she simply said it was our fault for not checking the order thoroughly. When I asked her how would it make sense to any designer to put an order of fire place shelving but only to one side? She again simply said we should have checked the order. Well at that time if it wasn’t for us completing one side already I would have never continued with this company because of rude and disrespectful response that I received from designer. With that said we ordered the second side shelving. Unfortunately when asked to expedite our order which is the least that could have been done after such misunderstanding we were simply told no again by the designer. In conclusion I do recommend using this company for the quality of work and those individuals that install it but unfortunately I do not recommend the designer.

We are enjoying our storage/pantry, laundry room, and walk in master closets. Your designs have made organizing so easy. We appreciate the quality of the materials used and the care taken at installation. Follow ups after installation were not a problem. This is a company with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The project outcome was excellent but the journey along way was not so smooth. The project designer was wonderful but other problems occurred which were out of her control.

Great service, poduct, and price. Easy to work with. They really listened to what we wanted and worked to customize thier product to meet our goals and price point. They also got the job done quickly and professionally.

Ours was a fairly simple project. Some slat wall and a large cabinet. The project went smoothly and without any issues. The workers were very pleasant and professional. The cabinet seems well made and the slat wall was the same as other slat wall we looked at. The company that Beyond Storage has you work with to order all the accessories/hangers/baskets (separate cost) was very helpful, professional and shipped quickly. I was really surprised that no one from the company ever bothered to follow up with us after the project was completed.

Beyond Storage was professional, organized, and very timely. Their prices were the lowest I received and their work looks beautiful. Karen Dubinsky did my designs and made the best use of my space, for which I now have too much of because it grew, and the installers were great. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and efficient. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Karen was great to work with. She adjusted the drawings to fit my needs and budget. I just have one complaint and i told her this, too. After such a great job of installation, the clean up of the sawdust from them cutting in my master bath was lacking. I know it was a young man and they won't be as particular as i would be, but the lasting thought i had after loving my closets was, OMG, now I have to clean up their mess. This really disappointed me.

Beyond Storage was very helpful in listening to what we wanted and helpful in drawing and building what we needed. At first they were not the same item, but as Beyond Storage continued to work with us, they learned more and more of what we were looking for and thus built the desks for us.

Love my new closet organization. Beyond Storage did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again to organize my home.

I have been very happy with the shelving Beyond Storage custom made for me. I could not find what I needed in ready made shelving and the ones they made are perfect for my application. The quality is excellent and the cost is very reasonable. These shelves to last me for as long as I need them, which I expect to be a LONG time. I would highly recommend them for any storage need you may be considering.
