We have been very, very pleased with the work that Pressley Construction has done on this project and have recommended them to others.We have recently used Pressley Construction for a 13’ x 9’ deck plus stairs and a concrete pathway added to the side of our house, as well as an 9’ x 9’ elevated deck over an enclosed storage area underneath which was sited alongside our garage. The entire project took just over 7 months from September 2025 through early April 2026. A large amount of that initial time period was spent getting HOA and city permits which Mike and Tony worked hard with the permitting people to finally get in place. Once the demolition started and construction began it was only interrupted by some winter weather and the occasional holdup by certain suppliers who, for example, had a key person take off the two weeks around the December holiday. UGH! The on-site personnel team of Tony and John were such a pleasure to work with and the outcome is a testament to their careful, thoughtful and experienced attention to a project like ours. While Tony and John handled the on-site work, we were also pleased with the scheduling of the other vendors (concrete guys, electricians, drywallers, etc.) who showed up in a timely fashion as their skills were needed. We also added and slightly subtracted items from the original estimate and Mike worked with us so that we felt the final price was reasonable and all the last-minute punch list items were taken care of.

Our church, Ridgeway Baptist, reached out to Pressley Construction to do renovations to 6 bathrooms. They helped us plan the remodel and choose materials. They handled the demolition as well as the renovation of all new flooring, painting, fixtures, vanities, stalls, and bathroom accessories. Further, they did a hall tile repair and door painting job. The quoted work as well as change orders were done to our satisfaction. Mike, Ben, and the installation crew were easy to work with and did a professional job. Mike conducted business very professionally. He worked with us to refine our plans to fit our desire and our budget. He and his team responded quickly to any questions we had. The construction team was polite and respectful of our property and always had us review their work to make sure it was completed according to our expectation. Cleanup at the site was always completed at end of work sessions. We ended up with a beautiful four seasons room that our neighbors and friends enjoy and admire. It brought life to a formerly useless slab of cement in our backyard.
