Benny and his team completed a major remodel for us. The outcome was exceptional. All of his sub-contractors, with the exception of the cabinet maker were extraordinary. The builders, sliding door, paint, tile, electric, and flooring were excellent and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value for money. The project management was a bit lousy goosy, so things took longer than anticipated. The cabinet maker did not pay attention to detail, did not build according to plan, and delayed the project many weeks, if not months. The cabinets ultimately came close to the design. The quality was very good. However, the cabinet experience was unsatisfactory. Overall: Benny always did the right thing. He acted with integrity. His pricing was fair. He did not nickel and dime us on change orders. I highly recommend Benny and his team, with one exception: Do not use his cabinet maker, even if you have to pay more.

We finally decided to do a remodel of our home and I was so happy when BK Remodelers were recommended, I did my due diligence and after I met with Benny, all my doubts have been cleared. The job was completed in the last two months and I can’t tell how happy I am. The sight is just marvelous. If you want to revamp the aesthetics in your home within the shortest possible time for the best price then, by all means, you should use BK Remodelers, you will thank me later.

After an extensive search and interviewing 4-5 different contractors, we selected Benny of BK Remodelers and couldn't be happier with our decision. Start to finish, this was a 6-month process to completely gut and remodel our kitchen and make a few renovations to our den. Benny's bid was not only the most cost effective, he managed relationships with most of the vendors including flooring, cabinets and countertop. He also had recommendations for tile, appliances and each vendor I spoke with had nothing but terrific things to say about their relationship with Benny. Benny, his designer Moty and the entire crew were professional, accommodating and highly skilled. Benny and Moty did not flinch at our requests and frequently offered suggestions to make our ideas come to reality in an even better capacity. Benny was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and would visit our house frequently to check in on progress and inform us of next steps. I'm thrilled with our new kitchen and our new living room, and wouldn't change a thing. I highly recommend Benny and BK Remodelers for your next job!

BK Remodelers exceeded all our expectations, they did a fantastic job with my duplex construction. After my realtor and a colleague recommended this contractor with no delaying I reached out to Ben and Ilan we had a meeting where I shared my ideas for the project, afterwhich they kicked off the project from there. After working at it non-stop with for 11 months with a few milestones here and there, the duplex is now finally complete with all the goals and visions achieved. Since the completion of the building, I have recommended them to two other of my friends and they have started working wonders again. Great team and culture behind this firm, Recommended.

Professional, Consistent and Committed to delivering the best possible service within a reasonable budget. BK Remodelers Did an outstanding job for my mum's apartment. I’ve been wanting to revamp and renovate the design and look of the house. When an opportunity sprang up I took it with open arms and quickly found a contractor, but his prices were exorbitant. Then a friend of mine recommended BK Remodelers. Told me of a home he visited some months ago and was fascinated by the design. I quickly contacted BK Remodelers and the rest is history. Now when I visit my mother I am always thankful I renovated the house, she keeps on talking about it, I would be using his service again for a pet project of mine in a short while.

We were working within our budget for a remodel so our main goal was to find a competent contractor who could get the job done within that budget. After meeting with a couple of contractors, only BM remodeling met our demands. For quality and price. So we had our doubts going into this, would they deliver? … They came through. Our renovated residence is spectacular. Everything just fell into place beautifully. Thanks to the recommendations from Ben and Ilan and the relentless effort that their team put in to ensure it was a success. We already miss working with them. Thankful.

We hired BK Remodelers to build our dream home in the suburbs without hesitation. Our overall experience with the entire team of BK Remodelers was simply outstanding. I don’t do reviews much often but I had to do this because they exceeded my expectations. The design team is remarkable; they took our ideas from zero to a 100 really quick. Their expertise and experience were also invaluable here, it helped a great deal. Most of the challenges faced were easily resolved simply because they’ve encountered such before. All in all, the experience with BK Remodelers was excellent and I will be referring and reusing this contractor from now on.

I am extremely overjoyed with the state of our remodeled home, it is refreshing to look at and I love that the idea for some of the designs was inspired by us and they look so beautiful. BK Remodelers turned our home into one of those magnificent pieces of prime properties you see in sci-fi movies. It is so memorable and brilliant. Based on their expertise and experience, they made recommendations and suggestions that greatly contributed to the beautiful state of our new home. My wife and I and even my kids are extremely pleased with our home.

From the top management level to the subcontractors, laborers and low lever sub, you could sit and watch and know that this company has a different story to tell. Every conversation I had with any of them always resonated profoundly with the mental image and value Ben and Ilan shared with me before the start of the Construction. Every discussion was productive and professional. They completed my home Reconstruction in record time, implemented all my designs and resolved every concern I brought up. They know how to simplify a daunting task and make it fun for all the persons involved in the job. It was an amazing experience working with BK Remodelers. Highly recommended.

I have a lot to say about BK Remodelers, firstly I had my doubts when getting a new home builder, I’ve had a contractor mismanage my property in the past but Ben and Ilan were so confident and convincing that I had no other choice but to settle. They displayed such a high level of craftsmanship and expertise, took my idea from the ground up and brought it to life. They carried me along every step of the way and informed far ahead of time before settling on any changes. They have been doing this for a while because they turned my house into a masterpiece. It’s so gorgeous.

Since this is my first encounter with remodeling I didn’t know what to expect, I was just confident a good job will be done because of the colleague who referred BK Remodelers is someone I trust. So I was just expecting them to deliver and I wasn’t disappointed. After the first 3 stages of the remodel were complete I was assured of their level of service. Communicating with the team was a breeze, their customer service was top-notch, and I will rate expertise a 100 because they resolved all the concerns I had and implemented all the design Ideas I shared with them.

Some 3 years back Ben built my first home, it was during that encounter that I first experienced the sublime level of craftsmanship they offer. So when I thought about developing a new property I recently acquired It was already clear which contractor would handle the construction. Once again Ben and his team Proved themselves as competent professionals. The finished the construction in record time, displayed an even higher level of dedication this time around and wowed me with their improved customer services and quality checks. I am so happy I found Ben again for this second bout. Would be recommending this contractor and reusing his services myself.
