We worked with Jeff Ratner on two occasions -- August 2014 and 2016. He was very knowledgeable about the blinds he sold, and the drapery fabrics we bought. He even advised us against getting the drapes and suggested that we live with the blinds before purchasing the drapes. We should have listened to him. We wanted to install the blinds ourselves, and he advised us on how to proceed. Jeff not only sells the blinds, but he can repair them if anything goes wrong. One of our blinds became a little loose, and he quickly tightened it, free of charge. Jeff is a very knowledgeable retailer, and we are very satisfied customers. His prices are comparable and competitive, and we have the peace of mind in knowing that we can return to him with any problem with our blinds.
