I would say there level of communication is high when they want your business. They met me at my house to give me an estimate and the sales person was very nice / knowledgeable. However, when it came time for the estimate, it was almost double the other vendors that I had met with in the area for very similar products (just different brands). I simply asked why such a difference (i.e. was it brand based) and no response. I find that very unprofessional that they couldn’t even follow up with a response. As soon as they realized they would not get my business, they just cut communication.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Brian came out and measured our new house for blinds, gave excellent recommendations, and the blinds were perfect. I not only got great service but great friends! Whenever we run into each other somewhere we always stop and visit. Brian and Audra are awesome people with a great family business. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for window treatments!

They're easy to take care of and with warranty we have they give us peace of mind and assurance that they will serve us for a long time to come. Very neutral color that compliments our windows and interior of our home, looks great from exterior point of view too! I would recommend this provider to any friend or family 100%.
