Gloria was fantastic. We met her through our interior designer who assured us of her great quality from previous experiences. She delivered as per her promise. Even when there was a delay in the delivery (mechanical troubles with the truck) she provided us with regular updates. Our living room fireplace turned out better than expected, which is great as it is the focal point. The workmanship and detail is unlike anything else we could find, yet it was at such a competitive price.
