From my first interaction with Blue Bexar to the completion of my project, I was consistently informed about the schedule, and Dustin was always available to address any questions I had. His keen eye was essential for my project (a detached garage) to ensure that the structure and finishes matched my existing home perfectly. The placement of the garage and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. My wife and I decided that due to the cost of buying a bigger house that adding on to our house would be less expensive. When we went looking at who could add onto to our existing house, we had had prior interactions with Blue Bexar Construction on a different renovation project for my late uncle’s house. Blue Bexar construction did an excellent job, showed up when they said they would show up, and was very transparent about cost when they ran into problems. So we decided to go with Blue Bexar Construction on our extension of our house because of the quality of work that blueberry construction did. in addition Blue Bexar construction was the only company that we knew that did insulated concrete form. It was a little more costly to do the insulated concrete for the extension however, it has been a lot more efficient to cool and heat the new portion of the house so the energy savings overtime should be much better than a traditional 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 stud wall. Blue Bexar Construction worked with us in regards to the finish out of our extension and continued to keep us informed of contractors showing up to the house and coordinating with our schedule. I would highly recommend Blue Bexar Construction as it is hard to find a company that cares about the quality of their work. With that said, I will also say that you get what you pay for. Blue Bexar Construction isn’t the cheapest company expense wise, but it isn’t over the top eitherin expense either.
