Professionals building our community through promotion of home ownership, education and legislation since 1958. The Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association (BMHBA) is a non-profit trade organization whose goal is to promote the home building industry, home ownership and affordable housing. Builder and associate members (those who provide affiliated services to the home building industry) join the BMHBA because they are highly skilled, highly trained professionals who are committed to the home building industry. For over 50 years, the BMHBA has been your voice in the building industry. We strongly believe that a united voice for the industry can accomplish much more than an individual one and are constantly working for the good of the industry in Bismarck-Mandan, North Dakota and the United States. Because membership is 3-in-1 (local, state and national), there are dedicated staff and members monitoring legislative issues and governmental rules and regulations that affect the building industry on every level.
