Houzz was the go-to interior design forum for me during my house project with Bonacio Construction. I researched everything from ideas for the lighting in my large, open stairwell, to the rustic, built in desks that are now permanent fixtures of artistic woodwork in my home. Whatever image or creative idea I showed to our Bonacio staff, I always heard the same thing "Sure, we can do that". And they did it perfectly, every time. Having been in the real estate business for a lot of years I could not have been happier with my building experience with Bonacio Construction. This is the fourth house I have built and this is by far the smoothest and most enjoyable building experience I have had. The process starts with the estimate (they were the lowest of five local builders) which is gone over from start to finish with everything explained and itemized. Constant updates from the office and a schedule for the anticipated completion, which they hit on the day. A few minor glitches (totally normal with new construction) after we moved in and someone was here within 24 hours to fix it. When people think they can not go through the building process I encourage them to give them a call and see how smoothly it can go. a 100% satisfied customer.
