Tanya Wilson, landscape designer, worked with us for over a year creating an exterior plan for our new home. We asked for hardscape as well as softscape with a water feature that would be low maintenance. She delivered! Her ideas incorporated the perfect balance of color, scale, form and texture! She was patient, creative, and listened to us as we came up with final plan that met our budget and desires. I knew I could reach out to her anytime with my questions or concerns. Even though the project is complete, she continues to stay involved with the transition and finishing touches!

After living in our new home for a year without a pool and minimal landscaping in both the front and backyard, we contacted Bonick Landscaping to help us with the design and installation of a pool, spa, wood decks and arbor. We wanted the new landscaping (both front and back) and pool design to flow with the architectural integrity of our home emphasizing its clean lines and simplicity. Based on our first conversation with Glenn, he immediately knew which landscape designer would be a perfect fit for our project. From the moment we met Tanya, we were impressed by how carefully she listened to our vision and then incorporated her artistic interpretation. Her sense of scale and creative design were exceptional as was her professionalism and knowledge of materials and construction. Equally notable was her presence on the job site throughout the entire installation. Also first-rate was our project manager, Bob, who managed all logistics and kept us informed on construction and installation matters in person and via a weekly email. The Bonick crew who built and installed our pool, spa, decks, arbor and landscaping did an exceptional job and are all true craftsmen to their individual trades. Bonick’s approach to design/build is well organized and executed. After finalizing the scope of work, rendered conceptual plans and elevations were provided and discussed in detail. Once the design work was approved, we were presented an itemized proposal outlining all costs. During the entire project, we knew where we stood on costs as Bonick recaps all work completed with each draw request. To protect our investment, we’ve kept the Bonick Landscaping and Pool Maintence crew on and continue to be impressed with their services. We are about to begin a second phase with Bonick and look forward to getting started with the same enthusiasm as the first.

While remodeling our dream home, a 60's mid century modern ranch, we knew the yard needed a lot of attention and detail to make it beautiful. After meeting with several landscape companies we chose Bonick Landscaping. Glenn Bonick and his team have done a wonderful job creating our one acre lot into a dream place. When we hired Bonick Landscaping to scrape our small backyard, we never dreamed that the finished product would more than exceed our expectations. The process included meetings with Todd Piasczyk for the creative design, installation by a most professional team, modification of the drainage system, and extended follow up by project managers for plant health proper irrigation. Our backyard has been transformed into a beautiful garden. The team did such a good job that we now have hired them again to complete our front yard. I'm a terrible gardener, and I have no knowledge at all of plants except (apparently) how to kill them. So when I hired Bonick to take care of my landscaping, things got better quickly. I've used several other landscaping companies in the past with mixed results. But turning over everything to Bonick gave me the ability to see quick results and keep the ongoing maintenance of flowers and lawns where it should be. I have used Bonick for 12 years to handle all of my landscaping needs. They have done planning, planting and weekly maintainence. It took several years to find a company like Bonick that is responvise to my needs and always reliable. They are customer satisfaction focused. They have always been on budget, on time and end product exceeded my expectations.

Bonick Landscaping is without a doubt one of the more creative and thoughtful landscaping firms that I have worked with over the years. They listen, provide good counsel, are conscious regarding the environment and balance great design with practical solutions. We have used Bonick for both small and large projects and all were done on time, on budget and our yard looks GREAT I would recommend Bonick Landscaping to anyone who wants a project done well.

After meeting with the project manger from Bonick my wife and I felt good about the purchase we were going to make. Unfortunately, we were wrong contacting Bonick to service our yard. We gave specific direction on what we wanted done; however those directions were completely ignored. I voiced my concern to the project manager who said "we went over everything" to which I responded "the directions that were given were not followed". To put it simple, they did not do what we asked for. Based on experience I would not recommend this company. I give them 1 star because I am unable to give them no stars. We'll have to wait before we can make another large landscaping purchase. Until then we get to deal with a backyard we are not happy with. I hope our experience helps you.

We bought a 1960's ranch home in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas in May of 2010. After thoroughly renovating the inside, we simply weren't pleased with the dichotomy between what felt like a new home on the inside, but showed considerable wear outside. Additionally, we wanted to continue the clean modern lines we established inside, outside. After interviewing and receiving bids from 4 companies, we chose Bonick. We immediately liked Glenn the owner and my wife liked the designer that would be on the job. Here is what I can say about the experience: 1) The design was top notch and the quality appears very good (the project was completed last year) 2) Glenn and his team were very professional 3) The service (before, during, and after) has been outstanding - if I send an email with a question, it gets answered almost immediately. If there is an issue, they are there same or next day in all circumstances 4) The follow up after the project has been great. No haggling over warranty issues, etc. If it's their issue and should be replaced they replace it - if it's my issue, it's my issue, but there has never been that awkward grey area where there's finger pointing. Having now lived through a few renovation projects, I can say that our experience with Bonick has by far been the best we've had. I would highly recommend Bonick for design, construction, and service.
