Bonn Latimer and Oak Tree Builders did a great job with our Master Suite Renovation. He delivered our project on time and on budget. Although he is not the cheapest builder in the market, he delivered a quality end product. Bonn has excellent tradesmen and he coordinates them well. He arrives every day to meet the sub-contractors to kick off the construction project for the day. Bonn listens to his clients and offers creative solutions to produce very unique results. And most importantly, Bonn is honest.

Bonn was great to work with! He always stayed in touch with us throughout the job to let us know about delays or changes to the schedule. The professionals that he used did a wonderful job and were always considerate of our time and schedule. Couldn't have asked for better!

We were very happy with their work. They were on time and on budget. We had plenty of notice every time contractors were coming. They worked around our schedule. Jobsite was kept neat and clean. The workmanship was very high quality. Overall it was a very good experience. We would definitely recommend.

Mr. Latimer was great to work with. He was efficient, got the job done on time and at a reasonable cost for the project. This was an entire face lift and addition to my kitchen that has substantially increased my potential for resale. I would definitely work with him again on any future projects.

Bonn did an outstanding job remodeling not only my kitchen but my parents also a few years ago and recently took out a wall in my dining room.
