We had to have all of the flooring replaced throughout our home and fortunately for us our contractor recommended Boss Carpet. After meeting with Joleen and seeing the vast assortment of products they had in their showroom, we knew we were in the right place. Joleen was very helpful in assisting us pick out just the right vinyl flooring and carpet to complement our log cabin and stay within our budget. We were even more impressed with the work the installers did. Guests that come to visit always notice the beautiful flooring first. When we began our journey of "reimagining" a 1912 historic home into a modern yet vintage bed and breakfast, Ben and Holly understood, embraced and achieved our vision. Due to water damage had to have new flooring installed in our finished downstairs area. Was very pleased with carpeting and vinyl flooring we were able to choose within the budget we had. Joe was very nice to work with, he took time to answer questions and give us estimates of costs. Shaun installed the vinyl and did a great job, Corby installed the carpeting and did a great job. We were pleased with how we were treated by everyone we had contact with, whether it was by phone or in person.

Joleen Baumgartner listened to us and helped us find the perfect tile and vinyl and window treatment for our bathroom remodel. Joleen also made other suggestions to us for the total look, including the sink and toilet. She directed us to where we could buy the vanity. We're so glad we chose to go with her recommendations! Her design expertise and excellent customer service skills made this project a breeze. The installers from Boss Carpet One Floor and Home were prompt as scheduled and professional.
