It has now been a few months since Brad Moore Builders completed our custom home in Canyon Lake Texas. This was our first custom home. I interviewed a number of well regarded builders that had done work in this area. Choosing a builder proved to be a difficult process. Every builder has good looking finished products on line but we eventually decide to hire Brad Moore not only for his skill in building homes but primarily because of the type of person he is. He was recommended to me by a contractor who has spent his whole life on Canyon Lake and that kind of endorsement carried a lot weight with me. I was impressed that he started his journey framing homes and that he developed his career from the "foundation up". We found him to be genuine and transparent from day one and always let us know what to expect in each phase of building our house. We gave Brad and Darin an amazing, complicated architectural project from Kai Geschke and, in the end, they delivered an unbelievable finished product. They always advocated for us 100% in navigating HOA issues and working with the sub contractors to get things done right. I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking to build a home who values quality, attention to detail and a builder who will care as much about the final product as his client.
