We hired Innovative Construction to build our home after losing the old house to the Waldo wildfire in June of 2012. From our first meeting with Brad, all the way through completion date, the experience was amazing. Our home is beyond awesome and I would highly recommend anyone to use Innovative Construction for their next project, however big or small.

Brad Fallentine is everything you need for a challenging and creative project. We were rebuilding after the loss of our home in a forest fire. The design and its details were absolutely unique. The building conditions were tough. The schedule was demanding. Brad brought an optimistic and creative spirit to the project while also managing the budget, schedule, and decisions in a collaborative and effective way. Our project faced many challenges because of the nonstandard work and yet the home was completed according to the aggressive time schedule and on budget. Brad also brought together an exceptional team of subcontractors who really caught the vision for the project and brought lots of energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional craftsmanship to the home. When there were challenges, Brad was very good at bringing everyone together to solve the problems while keeping everyone focused and positive. He is a good listener and really worked hard to understand our heart and vision. We felt that he really owned our values and our dream. And given that we were exhausted from the trauma of our loss, his encouraging presence enabled us to move dramatically toward recovering our lives. Every person who worked on the house did not just think of it as a "job." They believed in what they were doing and so proud that their friends and family all came to visit. Brad will serve you exceptionally as your builder. We can't recommend him highly enough! He was a large part in helping us to create beauty out of the ashes.
