Brandon and his Pacific Circle team have completed two projects at my house. Their work is beautiful and strongly built with intelligence and skill. The team is reliable, hard working, conscientious and pleasant. They take care of your property and do work that I imagine all of their customers are very happy with. I've never had a thoroughly better experience with a contractor. We are planning a third project with Brandon. I am confident that it will be a good experience and my house will be appreciably improved.

Pacific Circle, Inc. is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Pacific Circle has completed three major projects for me with the first one completed in 2017, the second in 2020 and the third in 2022. The first project was construction of a large new deck replacing one destroyed by a fallen tree. The second project was the construction of a long pathway and steps up a steep slope to enhance the landscaped area. The third project was the removal and reconstruction of a second deck surrounding the outside of the house plus significant siding replacement. The first deck built in 2017 required design, engineering and local City approvals prior to the beginning of the work. Pacific Circle provided all the design and engineering and worked with the City to obtain all permits necessary to begin construction. This was a huge benefit to me and a very difficult task. The input/recommendations on materials and design was extremely helpful. The quality of workmanship is excellent. In addition to the deck, a new entrance to the house was created enhancing access to the deck. In 2020 Pacific Circle built a complex pathway and stairs providing access to additional landscape area. This was an extremely difficult project due to the steepness of the terrain. Great job! In 2022 Pacific Circle removed and rebuilt a deck surrounding 1/3rd of the house. There had been water damage. The project included replacing significant amounts of siding. This steep downslope lot had challenges and Pacific Circle provided again high quality work in a timely manner. Materials matched perfectly with the exising that was replaced. Pacific Circle is my first choice of any construction work needed. They are the best.

Brandon and crew did a first rate job for us as architects in fabricating some custom furniture for one of our most important institutional clients. The workmanship was meticulous and timely and the client is thrilled with the final results.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with Pacific Circle. We were in the process of buying a place in Greenbrae and needed a front fence installed ASAP to keep our dog from exploring the neighborhood. We also wanted something that would be in keeping with the midcentury design of the house and be a bit of a showpiece. Brandon was extraordinarily responsive by phone and email, came out to view the house while we were still in escrow, and had drawings ready to go before escrow even closed. He brought great design input to the design process and helped guide us with ideas along the way. When it came time for install, he was able to fit us in quickly and followed through on an aggressive timeline. He and his team were great - very professional and diligent, and kept the worksite clean. They worked very fast and also were just all around nice guys. And I really, really appreciated that Brandon was always super responsive and easy to reach. The finished work product is beyond our expectations. The cable fence and arbor design Brandon developed are amazing in person, totally fit with the house, and look like they've always been there. We've already received multiple compliments from neighbors and friends, and would highly recommend Brandon and Pacific Circle for any project.

I want to congratulate Brandon and his team on running a very professional and friendly operation. We were very close to selecting a deck railing with wooden posts and steel wires, but after doing some research we paid the relatively small extra cost and Brandon installed a custom made steel railing which looks so much better than the original wooden design. Nothing but positive remarks on this project from us, and we wholeheartedly recommend Pacific Circle.

I have worked with Pacific Circle for many years and have referred them to many customers. I refer Brandon with the utmost confidence, because when I refer him, I know I am referring an absolute professional. The Pacific Circle design build style is not only admirable and durable, but it clearly takes into account the wants and desires of each individual client. Designing, building and contracting, in this day and age, is not only about materials and tools. It also includes an ability to plan, communicate, and follow through. All one has to do is see some of the projects that Pacific Circle has initiated and completed, to realize that they are professionals in a class of their own.

Brandon and his team did a terrific job of designing and building a new fence for us. I was impressed by their professionalism throughout - they were prompt, hard-working, careful and thorough. They finished quicker than I would have thought possible, and our fence looks gorgeous (as well as very solid). Their quote was very reasonable and they didn't stray from it. Everyone was really pleasant to deal with, they were nice fun guys who communicated clearly and whom we felt very comfortable having around. I plan to hire Pacific Circle for our next project (another fence) and have recommended them to everyone I know who is planning a project.

My gorgeous deck with cable railings, and a very unique kitchen and bath remodel were done by Pacific Circle. Brandon Stieg is a very skilled and artistic designer and he gave my deck and remodels a contemporary and very unique look. His builders are very skilled and did a beautiful job. Brandon was very easy to work with and listened to my desires and needs while giving his own knowlegable and beautiful design suggestions. They finished my projects on time and within budget.
