As Executive Director of the Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity, I cannot say enough good things about Brayden and Tuscher Design Group. Brayden has volunteered his time assisting us with making our newest project in Wilton NH a reality. Brayden of Tuscher Design Group saved our failing house renovation. We bought an old 1920 farm house in Southern Maryland that seemed like a beautiful house until we discovered extensive termite damage to the bathroom/laundry room portion part of the house. After asking around we were recommended by friends that we give Brayden a call. Even though he is located in New England we figured that we could give it a shot We called TDG and were able to work with Brayden over the phone. With great patience he walked us through the necessary steps required to get him the dimensions he needed. After telling him what we wanted and since we were working from a blank slate (we had to demolish the entire back of the house), Brayden worked with us to define our new requirements. In a few more conversations he NAILED not only an .amazing new bathroom design but he did his homework on our region and our local building codes and delivered a set of plans that sailed through our counties permitting process. Our contractor was delivered a set of plans that had every detail needed with a schedule of materials that was invaluable to us to manage the material cost of the project. Our Contractor was able to easily build exactly what Brayden design without any doubt or questions. It was extremely reassuring to have a concrete set of plans to anchor the project. After this nightmare was over we used TDG to design us an AMAZING alpaca barn that is perfectly suited to our small farming operation. Brayden can design anything!!!!! I highly recommend you use him on your next project.

Tuscher Design Group came to me highly recommended, we used them for a variety of different projects for Big Kahunas Catering/Big Kahunas Cafe and Grill. I hired Brayden of Tuscher Design Group to design an ocean front beach house for me. The house was to replace an existing 1950's cape that was our family summer house for decades. Brayden listened to my design ideas, he understood I did not want a huge box on the ocean like so many neighbors have built, and he understood my emotional attachment to the existing house. Ultimately he designed a home that was reminiscent of the family beach house but redesigned to give greater use of space and inviting to the natural beauty just outside the multitude of windows, so even when inside you felt you were communing with nature. It was a joy to work with Brayden, he truly wants his customers to be happy with their new home design. My home had many FEMA regulations to consider through out the design process and Brayden was well versed in all requirements. I felt very comfortable with Tuscher Design Group as the architectural division of building my new home. I highly recommend the Tuscher Design Group.

Brayden did a phenomenal job of translating our ideas into reality. Moreover, his suggestions for enhancements helped produce a result that exceeded our expectations. We would have total confidence in engaging him for another project. He is a gifted artist and professional who grasps the practical realities of design and construction. His turn-around time was excellent.

So open to my ideas, and thoughts. Brayden was very accommodating to my needs and to the things that are important to me and my family.

Brayden Tuscher designed our daughters room when we first bought our home 10 years ago, and this year we asked him to design a plan for building up on our original bungalow two bedroom one bath, he put together our dream, now our home is a 2 Story 4 bedroom 2 bath! He’s reliable, dealt with our town with any problems we had with permits, kept everything running smooth throughout this whole process! Highly recommend him. We can’t thank you enough.
