We ordered custom cabinetry for our bar. Megan (Sensitive Information Hidden) had all the appliance specs of the panel ready appliances. We sent her the specs before ordering the cabinets to make sure they worked with their cabinetry. Their installer came to install their wood panels to the appliances. The top of the panels they installed do not Lign up with the cabinet panels. One is 1/4” shorter and the other is 1/2” shorter. I emailed Megan if she could come and do a site inspection because there are issues with the panels not lining up. Her response was “Included in the sign-off packet was an appliance panel document stating that panels may not line up exactly to the adjacent cabinet doors.” And that was it. Unbelievable! Custom cabinets are expensive because they are supposed to look pristine and actually line up with the rest of the cabinets. This looks horrible. Do not purchase from Brentwood Cabinets. As soon as you pay the balance they will not help you if you have issues.

We needed a new panel to fit a new ice maker that had recently been installed. We needed to match the cabinetry in our butler's pantry. Rob Belville did a marvelous job of matching the existing cabinetry. His installer did a great job finishing the task. It was a great experience job from start to finish. We highly recommend Brentwood Cabinets.

Rob and his crew at Brentwood Cabinets provided all the cabinets and tops for our new house. Rob was very helpful with the design process and the selection process. He had some really good ideas and suggestions. He obviously has helped design a lot of kitchens. We had a little trouble making up our minds on some of the details but he never rushed us or was bothered by our indecisiveness at all. We have been in our house almost a year now and have been very pleased with the cabinets. They look as good now as they did when they installed them. Also, the rollers, hinges, etc. are still operating perfectly. The hardware and other materials they use are obviously of high quality. I have recommended Brentwood Cabinets to a couple people already and will continue to do so!
