My wife Melissa and I started construction of our BAS home in October of 2019 and the majority of the construction took place around the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. Brian and Mike were easy to work with and we never felt stressed with everything that goes into building a custom home, Brian has a way of putting you at ease during the initial conversations, during the design phase, and through the construction phase. The finished product is beautiful. Both Brian and Mike continue to be responsive to any questions we may have three years after taking possession of our home. Brian Silver (BAS Concepts) built a beautiful new house for us in 2016 in the Braes Heights neighborhood and we’ve been enjoying it for a little over 3 years. The new house protected us from hurricane Harvey and Brian checked on us during the storm to be sure we were doing alright. He also provided fans to dry out the space beneath our house after the storm had passed. Other newly built houses in our neighborhood also survived Harvey but ours was one of the few whose garage also survived the flooding. Brian worked with us and made many helpful suggestions especially during the design phase, working with us and our designer. Brian provided us with ideas for the house style, materials and finishes, like a brick ceiling in the entranceway. He made suggestions for design that we hadn’t thought about. Brian understood and didn’t push when we didn’t choose the design finish he had suggested. He continued to be helpful during the actual construction. Brian has excellent building supervisors and sub-contractors. We were lucky to have an outstanding supervisor who was always accessible and who always communicated with us on the construction progress. His carpenter did beautiful built-in furniture and cabinets for us. In spite of careful planning, a few problems arose during construction but Brian was able to come up with acceptable solutions. We recommend Brian and BAS Concepts to anyone wanting a beautiful new home.

I had the opportunity to build a beautiful home with BAS concept by Brian Silver in Bellaire, TX. Once the floor plan was in place, the rest of the process was super smooth. His superintendent Michael Castillo was awesome to work with, he was on top of everything. Their subcontractors are all top quality. Total build time was around 12 months, including disruptions due to Hurricane Harvey.
