After owing a house for 35 years it was time for me to sell and move to a condo. After looking at new construction I found a beautiful 30 year old condo, but it needed work. To say that I am more than pleased with the results of my total renovation is an understatement. Brian listened to everything I asked for, came up with a plan and budget, and even went shopping with me for tiles, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. But the best thing Brian did was to bring on Wayne as contractor to manage the project. Wayne was equally attentive to my needs and consistently went above and beyond. Wayne is meticulous, thoughtful, and creative; he solved many problems that we encountered in a major renovation which is what this was. From now on, when I need work done in the condo, I will call no one else but Wayne. I recommend the BCA team without reservation. I trust them completely; they are fair and honest, and I relied on their judgment and recommendations. They did everything possible to make me happy. Sure, we went over budget but that was mostly because of unforeseen problems and/or because I wanted to turn this condo into the forever home that I was looking for and that often went beyond the scope of the original plan. When I look at the results, I realize it was all worth it.

We did a total gut renovation on our house with Brian and his team. They were so easy to work with, kept things moving on schedule and did great work! We have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Brian and his team are creative, knowledgable, funny (not that it matters, but it definitely helps), professional, flexible and they listen. They truly listen. There's no talking over you, or trying to tell you what you want, disregarding ideas they may not agree with or making you feel silly for asking about something. I can't say enough good things about them in the few months I was engaged with them- I should add they are patient as well. They came out to the house we were looking to purchase several times to ensure we could actually make the renovations we wanted. They helped us with prioritizing and worked with us on cost. Ultimately we did not purchase the house due to an inspection report that surprised everyone, and therefore we did not see the renovations through. It killed me after all the time and energy they had put into this. I strongly recommend giving Brian & team a call, and they will literally be the first call we make when we do buy a house!

Brian is an outstanding architect. His drawings are extremely professional and easy to read and understand. Brian is always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have and always has a solution for everything. Highly recommend BCA!

Brian is amazing. His attention to detail and knowledge made us feel really confident that he was taking everything into account on our kitchen/bath renovation. We have a very old house with lots of oddities and he worked extremely hard to figure out a plan that would give us the best configuration. He found solutions for everything and was really good at interpreting our requests into actionable designs. Brian made a very complex kitchen/bathroom design process very enjoyable. Professional, super detailed, gifted with design/taste, he is not only great with CAD drawings . . . one of few architects that can hand draw. High standards, conducts business with strict moral and ethical beliefs. Give him a shot, you will not be let down.
