Brightwing Custom Crafted Exteriors

Recently we had the pleasure of having Brightwing Exteriors do a major siding project. We had used them previously for a smaller project and were very impressed; so we called them again. From planning, pricing, keeping us informed at all times regarding the schedule and any surprises, the quality of the work, and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone involved the project and the results were excellent. Fran and Hector led the project, and I do not think you could find anyone better, more honest, or more professional. Their communication with us and within the team was very impressive, And, about surprises, the project was to replace vinyl siding (damaged by the recent hail storm) on a 2 story building. The original construction (20 years ago) was interesting. It turns out that vinyl siding may not be as attractive as other choices, but it can hide some pretty shoddy construction underneath it. I had suspected things were not done correctly, but out of sight, out of mind. Removing the original siding revealed all. They took everything in stride and fixed the issues. Yes, they had to charge for the extra work, but the additional cost in each case was very reasonable. The result was aging siding replaced by tougher, much better looking James Hardie Siding – Professionally done at a fair price. My wife and I highly recommend Brightwing. I wish we had known them 20 years earlier and lived with their results all this time. Thanks Fran, Hector and the rest of the team.

I have used Brightwing twice...once, about ten years ago at my business (which turned out amazing); and most recently at my home. Both times I worked closely with Fran who was completely professional and constantly in contact. The project turned out beautifully, just as we expected. Hector and his crew showed up early every day, and worked so fast, I couldn't believe the progress. These days it's almost impossible to get a contractor to move quickly and finish on time. But that's exactly what Brightwing did. Fran gave me an estimate of about two weeks and that's when they finished. Kudos to Hector who was so knowledgeable about the project and kept things running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to hire Fran, Hector and Brightwing again.

We hired Brightwing to remove dated vinyl siding and install James Hardie board and batten style vertical siding. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail, level of expertise, and consistent communication. Brightwing was not the lowest bidder, but worked with us to meet our budget. They were also able to build custom-made cedar shutters on-site and to my design. It was a pleasure working with Fran and Hector. I highly recommend.

Fran and the crew at Brightwing were great. Fran was professional and courteous and gave me multiple options to choose from to complete my project. When we ran into unforeseen, preexisting issues with the structure, he stuck with it, found fair and equitable solutions to the problems and completed the job as quickly as possible. Brightwing was a fantastic partner throughout my re-siding project and I would highly recommend them. Their work was of the highest quality and done beautifully. From a service perspective, they were always on-time, answered all questions, communicated clearly about what the process would be so we knew what to expect, and very transparent on all costs. My project was a little more complicated as we needed to bring in other subs to do work during the re-siding process, and Brightwing made it easy to coordinate everyone. Even after the work was over, the Brightwing team circled back to double check the work after a learning on another project - showing they are committed to the highest quality of work.

I used Brightwing Exteriors for two projects, siding replacement and deck replacement. Fran met all committed dates, and was always prompt to return my calls. The work crew did a very good job of cleaning up the work site at the end of each day. I am very satisfied with the end results of each project and would not hesitate to use Brighwing Exteriors for another project.

Fran and Brightwing just replaced my deck out back and did an excellent job. It was in really bad shape, and they replaced it with Trex. It looks so awesome again, and should last through my lifetime. They are a professional business and I highly recommend for any job you need done.

Fran's team did an amazing job and where true professionals. The home I had them completely reside, fix insulation and paint was being rented at the time. They did a great job at making my tenant feel safe and kept them informed when they would be there. No issues at all. Definitely would recommend them and would hire them again.

I don't usually write reviews but they deserve it. The first thing for me was communication. It was absolutely A+ and isn't always with contractors in my experience. Makes such a difference. In terms of the work, it was a complicated install. Modern, no trim (so need perfect cuts), all the mechanicals are on that side, rain screen, etc.. they nailed it, coordinated the plumber and electrician and did it on time. Not to say everything went perfectly, it didn't. A water line was punctured in one of the walls at one point and they had it triaged, fixed and resheathed in 30 min and were back to work siding. To be fair the line was run right up to the sheathing so maybe not great plumbing? Panels went in perfect relative to plumb and to each other. Looks near perfect really and 100% solid. Thanks guys... Maybe the best contractor experience I've had.

Brightwing replaced wood siding on my house with Hardie board and installed new windows. The job was professional from start to finish. The Brightwing Project Manager worked with us to select products and recommended construction options to meet our requirements. The construction crew did an excellent job on both siding replacement and window installation. They were courteous, hard working, and skilled. They cleaned the jobsite each day before leaving. Work was completed in a timely manner after start of construction. The finished job is a significant improvement both in construction and appearance. I was very pleased with Brightwing and definitely recommend them.

I had the most fabulous results from Brightwing. Fran and Hector were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond when replacing my garage siding with Hardi plank, replacing doors and windows, and painting my house. I couldn’t be more impressed by the detailed attention to quality and their workmanship. Highest recommendation!
