We’ve had a leak since Frank “fixed” our house 3 years ago. He’s come over multiple times and blamed the leak in the vent in the attic, the windows… his men never put flashing under the shingles on the roof. So we had the roof redone. Still leaking. So now we are wondering if waterproofing was not put under the siding. I’ve had buckets in my kitchen every time it rains for 3 years. Frank never actually did any of the work. He had three young men do it for him. He’d come over in the morning, set them up and he’d leave. Gone for the day.
