We reached out to Stu and his team to finish the basement at our home in Thornbury earlier this year, and couldn't be happier with the results! Having a warm, inviting place for our family to stay and enjoy time together was very important to us, and a primary reason for buying a second home in ski country. Stu finished the spacious basement area, creating room to entertain, sleep and workout. The folks doing the work from initial construction, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical were all first class. Estimates and billing were always done on time and accurately ... no surprises! We're looking at further renovations next year, and will definitely be using Stu and the Brolly Reno's team ... we'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Just finished our kitchen reno with Brolly Reno’s and we couldn’t be happier. Our kitchen is small and Ushaped, and there was too much unusable space, particularly in the corners. Stu and Andrew were able to address these concerns and now I have ample space and a beautiful kitchen. I have a spice drawer, a trash drawer and a big pull out corner unit that stores all our pots and pans. They were able to integrate an existing servery in the dining area so that they compliment each other. Stuart listened, asked questions and made suggestions. He doubled checked, kept me informed and was true to his word on every single issue. The entire kitchen including quartz countertop was installed in 7 working days. His whole team was like a well oiled machine. I cannot say enough about Stuart and his team and I would highly recommend them for any project.

Stu and his team were great. Our Reno was the entire main floor of a waterfront Collingwood cottage. We were in the GTA for much of the work, and Stu maintained a constant line of communication with us. He sent pics and texts to keep us updated. He was able to juggle the various trades so that the project moved steadily along. No surprises and his suggestions were very helpful. It has been several months since completion and I would have no hesitation recommending him, or using him again.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend Brolly Renos! General contractor: Stuart Bicknell offered great suggestions and kept everything on time and on budget. His team completed each job with attention to detail, they were polite, and cleaned up at the end of each day. A very dark, outdated, and non-functioning kitchen became bright, airy, and efficient! Along with the kitchen, old stucco was removed from the walls and ceilings in the adjoining dining room, front entrance, halls and living room. In one area there was water damage and mould; they did not hesitate - It was brought to our attention, removed, treated and re insulated. New lighting, windows and patio door brightened and opened up the interior inviting the outside in. In this day and age when you want a company you can trust we would recommend Brolly Renos!

Brolly Renos were a pleasure to work with on this project. Our basement was a blank slate of approx 1000 sq. ft. We provided our vision of how we saw the project unfolding. Within a 48 hours we were starting construction! All of the trades from framers, electricians, plumbers, tiles and painters were top notch. Every trade took pride in doing their part in the construction process. They were all well scheduled so that they would not trip over each other and were as efficient as I've ever seen. Every step of the project was about communication. Stu did a great job in letting us know what was happening next, who was coming in and if there were any delays. I must say from start to finish there were no surprises. From start to finish we took 70 days. We are very pleased that we chose Brolly Renos to complete our home. They exceed our expectations!

Stu immediately instilled confidence and guided us through the process of demolishing a whole living room/ kitchen and re-building it. We put new floors down, used wooden panels on walls and installed a complete new kitchen. His team were very professional, reliable and dependable. Nobody was shy of doing extra work without the extra cost. All was done more or less according to budget. We encountered a few problems and could not follow original plan. This added 10,000 to original budget but that was due to house problems-nothing to do with Brolly renos. A solution was found for problems and ended up being better than original idea. We are extremely pleased with overall result.
