We started working with Bromik in the very early stages of our house being built. While it is a 'spec' house, Kirby, Mike and the rest of the Bromik team were really great in working with us when we had some requests for changes. They were realistic in what they could deliver, and kept us informed along the way if there were any changes. We are so happy with how our house turned out, the quality and details they added really make it feel custom and it definitely stands out from other new houses that we toured when house shopping. We would highly recommend Bromik to anyone - they are not only great to work with, but deliver a quality product that we continually get compliments on!

My husband and I hired Bromik Design Build at the beginning of a very special project for us. They took down my parents 1940's home, where I grew up, and built a beautiful home for us. It was a very emotional project for us. Throughout the process Bromik owners Mike (architect) and Kirby (general contractor) were so thoughtful and conscious of every detail. Starting with planning the home site around protecting the large Oak tree my Dad painstakingly cared for, pruned and strung white Christmas lights In for over 50 years. The design was both creative and functional, and the beautiful finished product is something we are so proud of and grateful for. It's both Modern yet warm with Traditional elements. The views are as lovely and protected as they can be in an emerging, ever changing old neighborhood. Every bit of the home is fits our lifestyle and we 'live' in all of it. Two of us most of the time, but easily room for a 'village' when we feel like company and cooking large. So many truly creative and special, custom design features came about through planning, careful listening and a few surprises. It's an amazing home and we love coming home! We had rejected 2 builders due to trust issues when we found Bromik. Bromik was fair and honest right from the start through the entire project. And they were very helpful with assisting us with design choices for what our vision was as well as clearly explaining what was happening as each stage of the project. They have an impressive skill set that covered all aspects of our construction from helping with the structural engineer to dealing with the city to helping us choose the shade and color of quartz counter to mention just a few examples.

We worked with Bromik as the interior design firm on a beautiful craftsmen home in Sammamish Washington. Mike Benes and his team were a pleasure to work with. During the design phase Mike and his Team were easy to work with and quickly answered all of our questions to make the design process seamless. Bromik was quick to point out the details of the home that would affect the interior layout to ensure the rooms we were designing did not conflict with the homes structure. We also collaborated with Bromik on the layout of the kitchen and bathrooms and the end result looked absolutely spectacular and the Client loves the final design. We found Bromik to be well organized, detail orientated and open to new ideas to truly make the house a home for the Client. Based on our experience we highly recommend Bromik Design & Build for anyone looking for a great architect or design build services and we hope to work with them again soon.
