Brookview Construction built a screened in porch for us and did an excellent job. The crew were professional, friendly and were happy to answer all our questions. We definitely would hire them again and may do so soon.

Brookview Construction LLC just finished a complete renovation of our historic home. The fact that it is a historic home made the remodel more challenging. For example, because all of our floors were far from level there was a lot of additional prep work. In one area they actually had to remove part of the subfloor and shim the floor up. All of our new bamboo and tile floors came out great! They replaced all of our old metal water lines with pex lines, and they were able to do this with minimal tear out. They built us a beautiful 2 story composite deck which they designed. The new kitchen and tiled shower are showroom quality! They also finished my attic, which has a nightmare amount of angles. We could not be happier with how the attic turned out! They were also flexible enough to accomodate us with numerous additional changes, such as adding new windows to our attic and new barn doors to our bedroom closet. Brookview has done numerous projects for me over the last 6 years. Most recently they installed an inground pool with an outdoor kitchen and they did an amazing job. Jalam and his entire crew are very professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them whether you looking to remodel or build a new house from the ground up.
