Excellent - from the initial (and second) consultation to the installation, everything went very smoothly and was professional. Andrew was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind. Installation was easy, and the roller shades are really beautiful. All around high quality, and definitely recommend.

While blinds are one of those projects that one might typically do themselves, I have an old home built in 1925 and the window casings (even though the originals had been replaced) represented some genuine challenges when integrating blinds. It was for this reason I decided to have a professional take the measurements, recommend the best products and do the install. I had six of the automatic Lutron blinds installed by Budget Blinds of Greenwich and I honestly could not be happier. They came out AMAZING. The functionality is fantastic and Andrew was gracious when it came to my own indecisiveness over which color to go with. At the end of the day, his counsel was not only appreciated but necessary, the product is top shelf all the way and the installation was, in a word, perfect. This isn't the cheapest way to go, I will grant you that, but I feel that, in the end, it was money well spent. If you are in the market for custom blinds and want someone else to install them, I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Greenwich.
